Good value for money, check in was simple. Key was in box. Blinds on the windows were good, complete darkness when we needed. Washing machine and kitchen was nice. There were 2 inverters in the room, so very good to keep the room temperature to one's liking

The hotel was comfortable and clean. Very nice personnel.
The hotel was comfortable and clean. Very nice personnel.
It is a residential area, so not many shops or restaurants. That was too bad, especially the lack of a good restaurant.
We bought bread and ate it in our room, or went into Madrid for restaurants.
The park was very nice, and easy to reach.

The breakfast was ok but the croissant etc were not fresh they where hard and maybe a few days old. the staff were very good and very helpful. and the room very clean. the worst was that the bar and restaurant closed on Saturday and Sunday at 3pm. not that good when its over 41 in the heat and you have been driving for over 5 hours. and all you want is a drink and something to eat. they sent us to a bar up the road not very clean dirty glasses etc, and very expensive. 53€ for 2 sprits and 2 tankie plus 2 x tapas.the out side was very untidy and needed sweeping clean. not a great place or area to stay.

Brilliant over night stop over for air and car travels.
Brilliant over night stop over for air and car travels. The huge indoor shopping centre is a few minutes walk away. This is ideal if the weather is iffy. Numerous restaurants offering all styles from burger bars to full silver service.

Very easy and efficient check-in and check-out. Good choices for breakfast. Decent beds. Fantastic staff (BIG thank you to Julia who helped us when we stayed there on the evening of July 1 and recommended the restaurant where w have the best dinner we have ever had. She was super pleasant and helpful. The hotel was great for a "lay-over". We basically stayed there to break-up a long drive and there is nothing we did not like about the hotel.
A cheerful place, friendly people, efficient service, the hotel itself is quite modest, clean and friendly, the open bar downstairs makes the time very pleasant. Despite the fact that it is a great distance from the center of Madrid, excellent access by metro. Very good price for the stay
The location was perfect for our needs, walking distance to the Madrid football cup tournament, also right next to a great shopping centre with good shops and restaurants. The free hot drinks were brilliant in the hotel, staff extremely friendly and helpful
Free coffee on arrival. Cordial staff.
Not an expensive stay for one night before heading out of Madrid.
It's a 15 minute walk to the Reyes Catolicos station if you want to use the Metro (or it's a 25 minute/€30 Uber ride to El Sol)
The hotel was clean
Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking option is great right under the hotel easy to access . We loved the coffee and hot chocolate bar down stairs kids really enjoyed making there own drinks.
Good price, very clean, and friendly staff during the day. Small and difficult to access parking. Hotel needs renovation and breakfast was good, with fresh orange juice, but very scarce in options.
Rooms are very spacious, looked perfectly clean, and quiet, too. Fast Wi-Fi. Ample parking space outside the hotel. Easy access to the highway. Perfect for business trips.
It was very nice hotel with everything we needed. It was very close to our friends that live in the area. The staff was very nice and the room was spotless clean.
The location was quiet and very near to 2 big malls. Ease of access around Madrid, though a bit far from the CBD. Great neighbourhood for business travellers.
