We have been to Mallorca 3 times already, every time in different cities and hotels. Unfortunately this hotel was the worst so far. I think this hotel should have only 3 stars, because e.g. the rooms do not have any soundproofing at all, we could clearly hear every move, every talk, every fart and every snoring from both of our neighbors, and every morning the cleaning activity even from 3 or more rooms away from our room. The room was worn. The wifi signal was weak in our room which was on the 4rd floor. If we have to mention something good too, we must say the breakfast and the dinner were exceptionally good every day because of the variety and taste. There was one outrageous thing tough, for dinner there was no free water at all, we had to pay EUR 2.60 for a 0.5 litre mineral water every night. In the morning for breakfast the water and other soft drinks from the machine were free of charge. The water in the bathroom was undrinkable, therefore we also bought a big 5 litre can mineral water like other guests in the hotel.

Beautiful beach.
Beautiful beach. We like walking, so walked in either direction next stunning beaches or wonderful vistas. We walked to Alcudia for the market on Tuesday (and Sunday). We caught the bus to Palma which was easy peasy. Although we did have to stand as so busy. But that wasn't too bad. We got a seat on the way back.
We decided to get the bus back to the airport on our last day (rather than a taxi. Again, easy peasy.
All in all, great location, plenty to do for what we wanted. We had some great lunchtime and evening meals.

lovely beach and gently sloping so very good and safe for children. Good shopping and lovely marina. Good value eating for the most part but some places seem to be trying to charge quite a lot for average food and drink but if you shop around you soon find the places that are better value.

Port part of alcudia was not interesting.
Port part of alcudia was not interesting. Just old warehouse shops with really bad lighting. Reminiscent of the bad past. The beach was very small and part of the port. I wouldn’t choose it for a holiday. Old town was really lovely to stroll and have a meal.
Alcudia bay stretches to beautiful beaches.

Beautiful, clean , safe and comfortably buzzing area with many varieties of restaurants all amazing. Beach not too crowded , clean sand and fantastic sea temperature and cleanliness .
Would go back any day .
Restaurants on the seafront are fabulous , recommend booking table during the day before your evening meal .
Public toilets are available and free on the beach in connections with the various beach bars .
Child friendly surroundings as the sea shallow and sand clean and soft .
Stayed in fedra 2 good for the slides quite a walk to reception and restaurants there was 2 restaurants food was just as you would expect for an all inclusive but always able to find something to eat
The location is good there is a few bars just outside the hotel and places to eat . The stay was enjoyable overall , after reading the reviews I was a bit worried but its not like its made out to be at all, the rooms are clean the beds are comfortable fresh towels daily make sure you put the sign on the door for the housekeeper to come in
The location was perfect for my needs as a friend own a bar 30 seconds walk away. You are also only a couple of minutes away from a variety of other bars and restaurants and the beach. It is located on a main road which is good in terms of drop off and pick up from the airport as you can just walk straight into the hotel. The staff were great and extremely helpful when needed. The room was a decent size and bed was the usual type of bed, comfortable but not like a bed at home which when you travel a lot is something you expect.
I have to say this place seemed to be the nicest place located on the beach side. i especially liked the easy access to the room directly from the pool. It is the high season so the hotel was almost full with the pool packed with people but there were still plenty of empty sun beds and if you hop between the pool and the beach it was perfectly manageable. Buffet was good and we had dinner twice in a row. Unless you are someone with dietary restrictions, you will be quite satisfied with their spread of food.
Very nice place to stay 🌞 Room was big enough for the whole family (2 adults + 2 kids), breakfast was decent, lovely view from the balcony (we stayed on the pool side). There are 3 pools in total - big not heated pool, a bit smaller heated pool and very small kids pool (not heated). There is a very nice sandy beach just ~100m from the hotel. Parking is free in the street (at least in March when we stayed there). There is a SPA and gym (though, we did not visit them). Very polite and nice staff 😊
This is an amazing place with the most lovely staff which we have ever met. The room is very large, extremely clean with very good air conditioning system.
The food is also excellent and very delicious.
The location is perfect, 3 minutes to the bus stop and 7 minutes to the beach.
I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation, you will not be disappointed.
Gracias!
the seaclub was a great choice for us in alcudia. the property appears to have been recently renovated, and offers great value for money.
parts of the hotel are currently closed, but that was not an issue for us personally. 2 pools, a restaurant, and a pool bar are still open.
the food is also quite good, and you can choose to not have it every day.
From outside the hotel looks nice. Also inside could be nice but it needs to be repaired, renovated& equipped.
It is in a nice area, facing the sea and close by are nice restaurants.
Our room offered a nice view of the port.
The staff was very friendly.Olga is fantastic& responsable, she helped us with the installing of the missing bathroom door.
We loved Hotel Astoria Playa. The hotel is very convenient to the beach and local bars and restaurants. From the minute we arrived the staff were very friendly. We don't usually go for all inclusive but glad we did! The food was excellent, particularly the evening buffet. Great entertainment each night, Would highly recommend
Super friendly helpful staff from reception, pool, clearers, bar, everyone was lovely.
Hotel is spotless.
Food is fab
Views are stunning, location is on the beach, shops /restaurants on the doorstep .
Brilliant bike garage and tools available.
Family friendly
I loved the amazing breakfast and dinner buffet. Hotel provides storage room for bicycles. Staff is very freindly. The cleaning personal was also amazing. Typical but nice rooms with good quality, comfy beds! I can recommend the hotel for cyclists.
The breakfast was a generic buffet style, choice of hot and cold food. The location of the hotel was a little out of the way, I booked because I was under the impression it was on the beach, it wasn’t.
The hotel had a really nice vibe about the place, it looks great and is in a fab location! Nice pool to go for a dip after a long day out and around Majorca ☺️ Very kind staff who made us feel welcome.
The location was perfect, being able to walk right on the beach was amazing. The hotel staff were inviting and helpful in providing tips for the local area. The attached cafe was also super convenient
Best hotel in town and caters brilliantly for cyclist with a secure bike store, tools and 4am breakfast for the Majorca 312.
Great gym, pool, rooms and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The Location is really great, it is very near the Beach. The staff is really pleasant. Hotel is clean, and have different facilities such as pool, gym, wellnes etc. The breakfast is amazing.
Hotel looks well, it is situated in quiet area out of the city center but not far, it is on mid way between Port d'Alcúdia and Alcúdia so it is close to both cities.
