We found the hotel to be in a convenient place for travelling to Madrid and the nearby cities of Toledo by coach and Aranjuez by train . We had breakfast each day , Spanish continental with a fair choice , served in a pleasant dining room.
Our room was serviced every day to a good standard . Getafe was bigger than we expected , we found plenty of bars in the area , there are some restaurants close by with a limited choice but no doubt there are plenty of others if researched . We did go to the Mexican nearby on 2 nights , La Vengenza de Malinche , which we really enjoyed particularly the Mariachi band on Saturday night .
Carlos III is a good budget 2 star Hotel an easy train ride from Atocha station and Central Madrid and a simple 2 train ride to the airport changing at Atocha . Getafe Centro station is about a 5 minute walk once you get your bearings , Carlos III is in a narrow side street .

It was a clean and beautiful hotel/room however, the location was not good. We had to walk a long distance (more than 20 minutes) to reach to train station to go to Madrid. So, location wise I never recommend this hotel but for those who have private car and want to be far from city vibe and just relax, it is an appropriate place. The breakfast was also good. I did not like the staff behavior.

The hotel was clean and modern throughout.
The hotel was clean and modern throughout. A great night stop hotel as we were traveling from France to Malaga. The continental breakfast was well worth the extra €10.
One thing to note the rooms were a bit stuffy as the A/C didn’t seem to work properly. Couldn’t get it colder than about 21 degrees.

Generally good.
Generally good. Just a place to visit for business porpuses. Eating at La Verbena was good, but at Asador Errazki was much better. My only complain: the toilet maintenance... not so clean and very old. They should renew them (men and women's ones) and have someone to keep them clean.

I didn't like the hotel at all and the reception was no better, the last day the lady who was at the reception was very rude to me.
I do not recommend it to anyone, it does not have four stars I think I would not give it more than two stars
The hotel was super clean and modern!! I was surprised at how nice the room was. Reminded me of something I would have stayed at in North America. Breakfast options were good and someone was at the front desk 24/7 to assist with any needs. Taking the Cercania into the center of Madrid was super easy and convenient. The hotel was a 6 minute walk to the station.
We were going to the MadCool music festival and needed a hotel nearby. It was ideal for our needs. Rooms are a good size and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of storage in the wardrobes if you're staying for business. There's restaurants, a supermarket and the station a short walk away. There's also ample parking outside and in the basement.
The hotel is in front of A-42, which goes to Madrid, and also a couple minutes by car from the center of Getafe, with a lot of stores and places to eat. Also, a short 15 minutes walk from Getafe Central metro/train station.
Easy access, clean and affordable stay, close to the city historical centre - where you can find restaurants, bars, etc.
10 minutes walk to the Getafe Central station. Lidl across the street, other supermarkets close by.
This ought to be a very nice hotel in the perfect position (especially if you arrive by Tesla as the hotel has a bank of superchargers. Just a couple of things let it down.
Very pleasant outdoor area with a private space to be outside. My room, despite the location of the hotel was very quiet. Convenient parking in front of the room
Excellent place to stay. The metro station is 1 min away and it is 5 stations to Madrid center. It is clean and people who works in the hotel are great.
