It was second time to visit Zermatt with parents.
They told me about Alps.
When I was a kid, parents had planted a dream to my heart and I've presented fruits to parents, even though, à little bit late.

Zermatt is a beautiful small car free village.
Zermatt is a beautiful small car free village. There are only electric vehicles running in Zermatt. Electric taxi's are easily available from the train station and they also provide their contact number for easily calling them back for a trip from your apartment back to the train station. There is one main shopping street with many small and big stores and the operating times of each store can vary. Usually all stores were operating from 10am to 12.30 pm and then again from 2pm to 6pm on most days. There are many restaurants in the shopping street with the Gelato Italian being our favourite Ice cream shop. The whole city is very picturesque and easy to walk around. There are many exciting places to visit in Zermatt like the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise mountain, the Gornergrat mountain, the Matterhorn Museum and there are many luxury spa resorts out there. We definitely recommend visiting Zermatt at least for 2 full days.

This was our third visit to Zematt.
This was our third visit to Zematt. Twice previously we’d come skiing, and it is hard to find better, particularly for long reds. This is our first visit in spring, and although we went in May when many things are shut, there were still plenty to do, and very few crowds.
It is a wonderful place to visit at any time of year, with plenty to do and see, provided you like the outdoors.
Do not miss the (admittedly expensive) train ride to Gornergrat. It is world-class for views.

This is a magical town that you must go to once in your lifetime. Whilst it is generally regarded as a ski town, we thoroughly enjoyed to town and its hospitality when we travelled there in May. It is so pretty; the people are friendly and it is a very unique experience.

First and foremost, all the key highlights within Zermatt, are easily walkable. The trip on the cogwheel train appears to be busy regardless of season so we paid for priority seating. It made a difference! We boarded before the crowds and chose very comfortable seats on the right side of the train. We had investigated places for lunch and dinner prior to going-that really helped! Reservations for dinner are always recommended. Some places are not open on Sunday so be mindful of that.

Zermatt is a cute town that was built for tourism so it caters to all needs. Ample dining options, many activity companies and outfitters etc. It's definitely pricey but anyone going there knows that in advance. It's easily walkable and you are never far from amenities or transportation options. It felt like 4 days was the right amount of time to stay. There are other towns and regions we prefer in Switzerland but Zermatt was pleasant and what we expected.
Wow! Where do we start? The staff were over the top in their help, their customer service, and their kindness. It was like coming back to family every time we returned from an outing. They would always ask us how we were and what we ended up doing. The food was phenomenal and the hotel itself was exquisite. Such a special place. It will always be our home away from home if we are lucky enough to visit Zermatt again. And we know the staff will welcome us back and ask how we have been. Breathtakingly beautiful property!
Zermatt is my favorite place to be in Switzerland I have been to other hotels in Zermatt and I would like to say that the hôtel post are my fav !!!
Especially the kindness of the personal !!! It’s important for me to feel like home and I feel like people care about us
I asked for the free shuttle and the driver was so so nice he made my day !
Covid allow 4 persons in the jacuzzi it’s perfect we had the jacuzzi all for ourselves !!!! 😃
Location perfect
Diner perfect
Thank you hôtel post !!!!
One room in the "Annex" is the cheap version of the Hotel Antika. Nevertheless you won't feel it during your stay. The room is modern, the bed is comfortable, the shower newly equipped. During the stay you have access to the hotel facilities (the Spa area is modern and super nice, sauna + hammam), breakfast is amazing (excellent cappuccino, gipfeli, fresh fruit). Overall, a blast. My best experience of all my stays in Zermatt. If you find a spot here, don't even think about booking something else!
This hotel had the best customer service I have ever experienced in Switzerland. Not only were the staff super friendly and helpful, but they always offered support before it was asked. Beautiful views and a stunning outdoor jacuzzi next to a waterfall. Exceptional breakfast for a small, boutique hotel with great service. They upgraded my room giving me excellent views of the Matterhorn. I enjoyed my stay very much and would totally recommend.
rooms are clean and tidy, additional kitchen equipment available on request. staff is friendly and helpful. This mini-hotel is a typical accommodation you would find in Zermatt (except for ultra luxury hotels / chalets). Rooms are veeeery small but sufficient for a night stay after full day of skiing (and some apres-ski). Internet connection allowed an good quality conf-call when work duties necessitated..
Room is nice and clean. Room size is about right for family of 3, and living room with 2 sofa is a plus. We plan for Summer Ski and location is very convenient for us to get to ski lift (probably one the of best in term of value for money). Location may be a bit off the center when we first look at the map, but actually it is not that far because we can get there in less than 10 minutes.
The beau site is a fantastic hotel with a fun, quirky sense of playful luxury! Gorgeous spa and the outdoor pool is crazy amazing. The Grill restaurant at the hotel cannot be missed! It was incredible. Fabulous service throughout! Best breakfast on our entire three week trip through Switzerland. Proximity to old town is excellent. Many good restaurants nearby.
The best part about Hotel Bahnhof is its location, its very close to Zermatt Train Station, less than a min walk.
I was at the top floor, where everything is of wood and very unique bed structure which is cool.
Kitchen area is huge and whatever they have there is in good quantity.
Cleanliness is on top!
everything, location , cleanliness, very well equiped , comfortable beds for a family with kids, been in zermatt a couples of time best placed have stayed, definetly will come back to this place. loved it, walking distance to everywhere near train station restaurants. really relly loved this place
location. views of the matterhorn. food. it’s luxury but is not pretentious. the staff is great. the spa is awesome. the bowling. the facilities for kids. this is without a doubt the best mountain accommodation i’ve ever visited. this is a very unique place and an unforgettable experience.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and airbnbs in Zermatt before but Fleurs de Zermatt was the absolute best one so far. Beautiful and cosy room, the staff super friendly and helpful, great spa, good breakfast, and just a 5-min walk from the train station and downtown. I would go there again for sure.
Antika upgraded my room free of charge which was excellent hospitality. Besides that the hotel is in an excellent location for skiing access with the bus stop literally right outside of the ski door. The main area of restaurants in Zermatt is also right close by. Very happy with my stay!
The breakfast was okay, not fantastic. Christina at the front desk was excellent! She gave me 2 maps of Zermatt and marked out the Gornergratbahn station and the Gondola station of the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. She was the best of all the staff at this hotel.
a gook location within a walking distance from the center of Zermatt. excellent service. The best thing is having dinner at the restaurant. Gourmet food at a reasonable price. It's a MUST event if your not sting at the hotel
Location of hotel can’t be beat. Breakfast was very good. Hosts Michelle and Thor were so helpful and interesting to speak with. Wonderful family business - traditional and one of the best hotels we have stayed in Europe.
Our room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was very, very good with many options. We enjoyed dinner at Holiday Hotel as well and it was one of the best we had in Zermatt. Great location!
One of the best if not the best hotel I stayed in Switzerland. Room was big and spacious and filled with all the amenities you need. Balcony view was perfect! 10/10 highly recommended!
very nice hotel and only walking distance to attraction area and to Zermatt Train Station…I really enjoyed staying here…The best part; I enjoyed seen the Matterhorn from the hotel…
