This 4-star sustainability award winner hotel is linked to Gatwick Airport's North Terminal by a short, covered walkway and easy connections via monorail to the South Terminal. To r bed was super comfy!! And it was linked via a bridge to the airport which makes it super easy for me. There is a train from Gatwick that goes straight into Victoria London - just a 30 minute ride. Value for money for London travellers. Don’t need to stay in central London 😅 staff was super friendly ❤️

Located inside the airport makes this hotel a perfect place to stay is you arrive late at night or leave early in the morning: no need to call ac cab or wait for a bus. The staff is really nice and helpful. The room was perfectly clean with all the facilities needed.

The host has worked in hospitality and has an excellent understanding of what a traveller needs. The host was prompt and very helpful in answering my messages. I had a short early morning walk alone a lighted path to Gatwick Airport. The path ends at South Terminal, frequent shuttles run to the North Terminal which I went to for Easy Jet. My host provided excellent instructions with photos for the walk. I have already given a personal recommendation to four people.

The place was spectacular and I loved how Christina was so accomodating with very clear instructions of checking in. She even prepared canned foood, bread and milk which was absolutely lovely as we were rushing to the airport the next day. The bathroom was very spacious and very clear and the entire place was spotless. The only regret is that I could not spend more time in this place as it is hands down the best place I have ever stayed in.
