The house is beautifully located at the edge of a lake, offering breathtaking views. Upon arrival, Stefan had already heated the cabin for us, making it warm and cozy. As soon as we looked out the window, we were treated to an incredible northern lights show – an absolutely magical welcome! The next day, Stefan took us on an amazing trip to the mountains, where we saw a herd of moose up close. Later, we explored the frozen lake and surrounding forest on snowmobiles, which was such a thrilling adventure! In the evening, we relaxed in the wood-burning sauna, which was perfect after a day out in the cold. To top it off, we went for another snowmobile ride at night, which created an incredible and almost surreal atmosphere. Stefan is a fantastic host—very welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the area. He made sure we had the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a true Arctic adventure combined with comfort and stunning nature, Camp Caroli is the perfect place. Highly recommended!

Aurora River Camp Glass igloos & cabins se nachází v destinaci Kiruna a nabízí terasu. Vlakové nádraží Kiruna je 19 km daleko a Kiruna Bus Station 17 km. We can see Aurora right at River Camp when the weather is good. In winter, we can walk to Ice Hotel through the iced river and it's pretty safe. There's free shuttle service from airport to River Camp and the host is really friendly.

The house was spotlessly clean. The bed and mattress are of exceptional quality so we had a perfect night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The owners, Rita and Micke, live nearby and are very friendly and discreet. The stuga is the ideal base for exploring the area around Bjorkliden and Abisko.

Maličký, útulný domek na zahradě, s hezkým výhledem, u řeky Torne. Dostatečně vybavený, s kuchyní a koupelnou. Při příjezdu jsme byli osobně uvítáni majiteli, což bylo fajn. Pár minut jízdy autem je Kiruna i muzeum Nutti Sámi Siida, takže výborná lokalita.

Camp Caroli Mini lodge se nachází v destinaci Kiruna a může se pochlubit výhledem na jezero. Kiruna Bus Station se nachází jen 21 km daleko a Esrange Space Center 21 km. We stayed at the mini lodge for a couple of nights in late September. The place is quite cozy and convenient. The best feature of it - by far - is the view. Right in front of the lake, with only a thin line of trees. We got some pretty good views of the aurora from inside the cabin. The attached picture was taken from inside (using a tripod of course). You can literally catch the aurora while seating on the couch or on the armchair! Relatively secluded as well, as it is located at the end of the road.

You don’t have to hunt outdoor and roam around. We sighted aurora just by being at the balcony of the house!! 2 rooms with 2 big sofa bed at the living room really fit 6 travelers. The grocery store nearby - very convenience and they sell Halal lamb/minced beef/beef patties/chicken!! Really useful for Muslim traveler like us! The instruction placed around the house of how to use the appliances really helpful. The location - we even take a short trip to Narvik, Norway.
