We had a wonderful stay at the villa. There is a beautiful quiet sandy beach nearby. The owner and the helper, Fina, were very kind, helpful and responsive. The owner responded without hesitation to our requests, and in particular he built a ramp, in order for my elderly father to use the ground floor backroom easily. Fina's meal was just delicious and copious. The public beach is within walking distance where some trips and activities can be booked. Very nice!

The unit is the top floor of their home so someone is always home for any questions. Breakfast was wonderful, local fruit, juices, coffee, tea, sandwiches, etc.

I did order meal and it was delicious. The hosts went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I highly appreciate all their extra efforts. Because of them my stay turned out to be great.

Our stay in Tikaban was absolutely excellent! The accommodation exceeded all expectations—both the bedroom and the outdoor kitchen were perfectly equipped with everything one could possibly need. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. The beach access was fantastic, and I dare to say that the cleanliness and beauty of this beach are unmatched by any other on the island! The pristine sand and crystal-clear water made for an unforgettable experience. A truly exceptional place—I highly recommend it!
