It's right on the Via Francigena that we walked. It was very clean and nice inside. The heating worked well, wi-fi was also good. Communication with the owners was fluent. There is a bar/cafe right by the apartment, that is open from early morning. Good place for breakfast.

Vallelunga je 14 km daleko.... This was truly a top-tier stay. The apartment had everything we needed to completely relax and recharge. The living area, kitchen, and bedroom were all spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully. The bathroom was fully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the two air conditioning units, which kept the apartment perfectly cool. The building is divided into two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. We stayed in the first-floor apartment, which had a private balcony. Private parking directly in front. The pool area is absolutely amazing and large. There were swimming flotation toys and there were plenty of loungers and benches by the pool for sunbathing. It's so peaceful and makes for a perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon. The whole property is new, well-cared-for, and incredibly clean and comfortable. Our hosts were just as incredible. While they live on the property, in a separate house. They were never intrusive. They made everything so easy for us and were extremely helpful. Do you need something ? They can help! They were always available if we needed anything and gave us plenty of space. They even surprised us with a delicious breakfast! We were always greeted by the friendly dog Theo, and there were two little kittens roaming the property! It’s ideal for children. Theo , you're the best. The location is simply perfect. It offers a peaceful, green retreat while still being incredibly convenient. The charming town of Nepi is within easy walking distance, and you'll find plenty of supermarkets and shopping just a short drive away. It's also an excellent home base for exploring the beautiful Lazio region and a trip to Rome, which is only 50 km away. The place is even better than the photos. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and immaculate stay. Normally ,next year we were going to a other country. I think that we are coming back!

The Topaz apartment at Tuscus Apartments was beautiful, comfortable, clean, new and modern located in the historic center of the charming Medieval town of Viterbo. The apartment is tastefully furnished with everything you could need for an extended stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious; plenty of hot water; good water pressure; shower did not leak! Kitchen had a cook top and microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, and necessary pots/pans/dishes/silverware/drinkware. The host works very hard to ensure the apartment is not only clean and functional, but stylish and welcoming. The building has a secure entrance and has been recently updated so the entryway is clean and bright with safe stairs and also an elevator. Host Antonio was very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late. He also gave us great recommendations for best local bar and restaurants. Thank you, Antonio, for making our stay in Viterbo enjoyable! When we return to Viterbo, we will be staying at Tuscus Apartments again!

The location is simply incredible—Civita Bagnoregio is a stunning, one-of-a-kind village with breathtaking views and a charming atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The accommodation itself was spotless, cozy, and had all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Though my visit was brief, it was absolutely delightful, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque escape in Italy.

Krásné ubytování v nádherném městečku.Pani moc milá ,jen neumí vůbec anglicky.V domě jsem měla alergickou reakci,ale za to nikdo nemůže,je to prostě starý dům. Snídaně menší než jsme doufali. Jen jeden ks pečiva a káva,nebo džus.

Stefania is an amazing host and supplying all information proir to the stay. All perfect and very well explained. The apartment is magnificent. Spacious, well equipped and decorated. Two showers, one with a nice surprise. Parking is available in a free public parking spot, just 2 minutes footwalk away.
