The breakfast was very good and based on local ingredients. A more central location in Kampala is hard to find. There is a lot going on around the hotel, which provides a perfect metropolitan pulse. The staff is committed and you receive a personal treatment. You can always turn to them if you have any questions, and in case of any problems, they are committed to a quick solution. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. I have stayed at Viktoria Mews twice. It is an obvious choice for me for future trips.

The place was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was the kind and attentive staff. I was comfortable and had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kampala and looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay!

The atmosphere was outstanding especially in relation to their restaurante Mediterraneo which was warm, lively with a mix of different people enjoying themselves. Villa Kololo is a green oasis set in a villa shaded by old trees - a welcome contrast to the urban concrete jungle of Kampala.

They did their best to accommodate. A nice gym in the roof.
