We had a big room, the pool was quite large, it is not too far from beach or the Nyali Center. Location was quiet and the staff very friendly. The hotel had an aged, classic feel. The 1920s esthetic remained, with modern renovations and updates that made it lovely. It was great to have the pool to dip into. It was comfortable, with really helpful staff special shout out to Faith and Eric, who were extremely attentive and helpful. It was very central and allowed easy access to the markets, Fort Jesus, and easy enough to get to Nyali.

The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!
