They have pillow choices at the front desk, and they can do things like loan you a phone charging cable. Breakfast was great–my son was excited to try a chunk of honeycomb. But what really made it *amazing* was the helpful staff. I was dealing with an intense but non-emergency medical situation while staying there, and they went out of their way to help me and my child deal with that–and all with such an attitude of kindness, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff. I recommended the hotel to my husband for the next time his work group needs to schedule a retreat.
