They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, available 24/7 for anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The location’s also spot on, just a short walk from popular spots. I’d definitely recommend this place!

I see the Eagerness to tend to the Requirements of the Guest. Recommending Places. Also, the host did her best to be available whenever I required anything. The host Accommodated my Requirement of one hour extension. The host refused to take the payment for the extra time. The location is right above the Subway Station and Several Restaurants around the same building and in the Vicinity. Connectivity wise, I recommend the place outright. On my Return, the Taxi Driver was about to drop me till the Subway station that connects to the airport Line 18 and instead, he drove me directly to the Airport. Midway, I told the same to the host as she was the one who booked the taxi. She apologized for misinterpreting my communication. She offered to pay half the taxi fare. I was okay with it on this occasion. The language challenge with the host is minimal. I was able to convey everything required with ease. The room is extremely clean. The breakfast was a wow factor. Astonishing with huge selections of authentic choices. Above all, there is laundry cleaning and drying services in the hotel that can deliver to your room. The best hotel i have stayed in by far. Definitely value for money.

Free laundry was a great plus as we came for training in Chengdu JF Dry slope centre so we really needed it. Location is good, subway station and big shopping mall are in walking distance. Far away from the city centre, but if you need to stay in Xindu this is a very good choice. Daily cleaning service, personnel is very helpful though nobody speaks English.
