We loved our stay at the Garden Route Game Lodge so so much - they included so many little extras that made the trip so incredible. We loved our game drives, and the guide was so friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the extra effort in them providing snacks for the kids and hot water bottles for the cold morning drive. The food was incredible. We are already planning when we will be back.

Nestled at the eastern head of Knysna, this luxurious, pet-friendly hotel boasts a championship golf course, a restaurant and a spa. Free WiFi is provided. Super clean and beautifull rooms with a nice view of the garden. The view from the outdoor swimming pool is amazing but unfortunetely it was too cold to swim outside. They do have an indoor heated swimming pool as well so that is very nice. The african aromatic massage was really relaxing and good. The breakfast was very good as well as lunch and dinner.

Gondwana Game Reserve, where Big Five game roams free through the Cape fynbos, is located 25 km from Mosselbay. Truly an exceptional experience - the lodges are beautiful with incredible views, the landscape is vast and stunning, and getting so respectfully close to the animals was unforgettable: we saw the Big 5 within the first two of our game drives thanks to our great guide Felix, a total pro. Best choice among all the many reserves!

Trogon House offers treetop accommodation in the Tsitsikamma Forest, 15 minutes’ drive from the beaches of Plattenberg Bay. We had dinner and a massage. One of the best we had ! Make some time to get their full spa/message package. This place is so beautiful.

I had an amazing stay at [Hotel Name] in [Location]! Despite the winter cold, the room was cozy with every detail thoughtfully designed. The hotel's atmosphere was inviting, and I loved the activities like the safari and horse riding – they were totally my vibe.
