During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time.
