We stayed in the glamping tent as a family of four - the room was beautiful and well appointed. It rained in the night and it was magical. We knew we could swim in one cenote. It was a wonderful surprise that it was a private experience and that we could swim in multiple cenotes! The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make sure everyone had as private an experience in nature as possible.

I liked all of the accommodation services, the location, the rooms, the restaurant food and the facility overall. we also felt very secured with the National Guard/army patrolling the place day and night. As soon as we got of the Mayan Train from Cancun an officer offered his guidance and walked us to the exit where the courtesy Shuttle from the hotel picked us up and dropped us at the hotel doors. This has been one of the best hotels I have experienced in Mexico and to top everything even the prices were low for the quality of services and place. Me and my wife felt like in a second Honey Moon we even extended our stay for a couple of nights. I strongly recommend the Tren Maya and their Hotels to all of my friends and relatives. We already have plans to go back with our children and grandchildren ASAP ! Claim your share of the good life in the jungle near the Chiche Itza Pyramids and all of the great nature in Cancun and Yucatan in Mexico.
