An excellent hotel in every aspect. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, the place is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Its location is outstanding—right in the heart of the market and the old city, so you won’t need transportation to explore the area. A complete and authentic Moroccan experience delivered with the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Access can be a bit difficult due to the narrow alleys and the crowds in the market, especially if you have large suitcases. Still, this is a minor issue compared to all the other advantages. The breakfast was truly exceptional. Even though I arrived late, well past the official breakfast time, the hosts generously served us a full breakfast without hesitation.

It is an amazing experience staying in a riad. The breakfast was a bounty and the staff were accommodating. The riad helped with coordinating a taxi from the train station for a fee.

A lovely lady who pours her heart out into her business and accommodates the guests. 10 stars! The place is very special and the history of it. I will forever treasure this experience and interaction with the owner. She is extremely talented and very sweet! The business is very new therefore I with the owner prosperity and success! The Riad Louna has a great location in the medina and not far from the point where you would be dropped-off or picked-up a taxi or tour van. The staff at the riad arranged cabs and porters for our luggage, both upon arriving and leaving the riad. As a result our arrival and departure was flawless. Ms Hayat and staff were truly wonderful. They met all of our needs and requests, we being a family of 6 with 2 rooms. They served a very ample and delicious breakfast on the lovely rooftop every morning, arranged for a spa treatment within the riad, helped us with various questions about the area, and arranged shipment of items we accidentally left behind, to us in America. It was a pleasure to interact with Ms Hayat and her staff. The riad is a 3-floor riad with an atrium and within that, there is refreshingly cool dipping pool in a botanical setting. The riad was exceptionally quiet and it is removed from street activity so it was a relaxing and tranquil accommodation insulated from the hustle-and-bustle of the busy Fes world around us. I will note that there are some very nice, comfortable restaurants just a short walk away from the riad, and rather than making recommendations myself, I will let the knowledgeable staff assist you and address your specific needs. Overall, a big thumbs-up from all our family members!

Beautiful Riad, professional and lovely staff who take care of every detail! Very calm, very clean and very well located! We walked everywhere (central to all the sights). Delicious and varied breakfast, especially on the terrace overlooking the old Medina. It was fabulous. A trip that will stay etched in our memories, can't wait to come back. Good luck and go for it with your eyes closed!

The riad is tastefully furnished with the most exquisite attention to detail. Breakfasts were generous and tasty! Breathtaking views over Fes from the rooftop. Impeccably clean. The riad is a hidden gem. I am looking forward to return !

Amazing rooftop. The staff was super attentive and caring. It’s a family business and they all make sure you want to return again. If you need anything just ask and they will definitely help you. We had dinner and breakfast and definitely recommend the chicken with lemon and olives
