We have never been to a hotel where the staff are as friendly and helpful as they were here, absolutely loved them. The room was always nice and fresh. Sublime location of the hotel, close to everything and you can book trips, taxi etc at the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at The Nam Khan Resort was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in until the end of our visit. We spent three wonderful nights there, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room had an incredible view, was spotlessly clean, and we adored the refreshing lemongrass scent throughout. The soothing sound of the river flowing nearby made it a true retreat for us. We enjoyed a massage by the pool since the spa and wellness centre was under renovation, but it was still a relaxing and delightful experience. The in-room dining was excellent, and the staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful, and attentive—truly some of the best hospitality we've encountered! We were so impressed with their organic vegetable garden and the way they grow fresh produce to serve their guests. As someone who also makes and runs a soap and skincare business in Australia, I was thrilled to see they create their own natural shampoo and shower gel. It made me so proud of Laos and The Nam Khan Resort for this sustainable and thoughtful touch. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the resort, and we hardly felt the need to leave. Although the weather was a bit cool for swimming, and the sauna was still under renovation, we had such a great time relaxing and exploring the premises. Overall, we are incredibly grateful to the Nam Khan team for taking such wonderful care of us and making our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return the next time we're in Laos! Beautifully set in Luang Prabang, Parasol Blanc offers comfy accommodation surrounded by tropical gardens. Guests can enjoy local foods at the restaurant on site. We stayed for a week and loved every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, making us feel at home. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, with great options for everyone, including vegans (soy milk was a nice touch!) The pool was beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the main road. The complimentary tuk-tuk service was super convenient too. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Luang Prabang!

Set in the centre of AVANI Luang Prabang, AVANI Luang Prabang boasts a central garden and a 25-metre long swimming pool. The hotel is very centrally located yet serene inside and the room was well laid out with a nice balcony view to the hills. The staff were very friendly and kind - particular thanks to James (x2), Amber, Mone and Yang who were all very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable. They organised trips for us to the caves and waterfall as well as providing a complimentary buggy service to restaurants. The Mekong Sunset Cruise led by Asri was an absolute highlight and a must do. Last but not least, the breakfast quality and service was outstanding.

Le Sen Boutique Hotel is a 5-minute walk to Wat Manorom. It offers modern air-conditioned rooms with a balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi. all the staff are amazing.. Shuttle in and out of town was a big plus..staff helped with everything..Getting sim card..shuttle from airport and to the train station.. Everything was perfect...

The former residence of a prince, Angsana Maison Souvannaphoum Hotel is a colonial-style mansion featuring both Laotian and French design elements. We stayed 2 nights at Homm Souvannaphoum Luang Prabang. It was lovely experience. The hotel has a beautiful garden. The hotel atmosphere’s very relaxed. The hotel is also located in a very convenience area. It is in walking distance to everywhere in the main town. The rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. There were many choices of food. Coffee at breakfast was also very good. What made the hotel more charming was the service from the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Thank you to Ms. Channaly, Ms. Khampan, Ms. Thippaphone, Mr. Sengphet, and Mr. Bounmuang. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel in Luang Prabang.
