Onyado Nono Sendai Natural Hot Spring se nachází na výhodném místě ve čtvrti Aoba Ward v destinaci Sendai. The hotel was exceptional as expected, The floor was clean and we can only walk bare foot around the building. The quality of the food (breakfast and noodles) were very good and totally worth it. There were a lot of high quality food available for breakfast. The public bath was small but there were all the facilities needed. The sauna and cold water bath were perfect after a long day of travel. The rooms were larger that expected and could fit two fully opened large luggages easily. The rooms were cozy and the single beds were very large and comfortable. It was near the Sendai station and the large shopping street so it was very convenient. One of the best hotel chain and will definitely book this chain of hotel when it is available.

Great and I mean GREAT service. The staff were amazing, catering to every need. The place is quiet and very zen. It is perfect for those looking for peace and want to meditate. The onsen facilities are clean and heavenly. There was a private onsen in my room and I enjoyed it ALOT.

The room, the food, the view, the staffs, the wild cat in the private onsen, and everything else… The ENTHUSIASM, KNOWLEDGE AND WARMTH of the friendly people working in the hotel - Especially Mr. Li Fan - because of his thoughtful arrangements, I delightedly experience the resort’s services and got to see what I wanted to see in the Zao area - with EASE and PEACE like a breeze!!! 🤩🙏 Oh, I must emphasize that - Mr. Li speaks English and Mandarin FLUENTLY - that’s… definitely NOT easy to run into in Japan!!! And Ms. 橫山道子 - She is SUPER FRIENDLY!!! 🙏 I am very happy and grateful for my 一期一會 in 竹泉莊！

Located in central Sendai just a 3-minute walk from JR Sendai Train Station, Hotel Monterey Sendai features free broadband internet, 3 dining options and a spa with natural hot springs. Love the hotel style and design a lot. Everything is so classy. Definitely worth the money. Even with baggage, I feel easy to move around through the footbridge and subway elevator. For sure will re-visit it when I come back.

What a beautiful hotel! As travellers from Australia, the staff were so accommodating with the language barrier, and were so warm and welcoming. The buffet was absolutely incredible, facilities perfect, games room for our 6 year old, even a shop! The candy station was also a big hit! Definitely would reccomend!
