Check-in process was very smooth, Hala is exceptionally helpful and supprotive. Staff are very nice and polite. Overall experience was good, definitely going to come back when i'm in Jordan again

Bahno z mrtvého moře a sprchy přímo na pláži. Velmi milý personál v celém resortu.

From the moment I arrived, all the entire staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Each employee I encountered was helpful and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is in an excellent location, conveniently situated to enjoy the city's best attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. It's a fantastic spot for anyone looking to explore the area. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment to return to after a day of sightseeing. The combination of a charming atmosphere, exceptional cleanliness, and a top-notch team of staff makes this hotel a standout choice. Pětihvězdičkový Kempinski nabízí venkovní bazény lemované stromy s výhledem na Mrtvé moře, soukromý úsek pláže a wellness s nabídkou bahenních a solných procedur. The boy named Mohammad (I hope I remembered and spelled his name correctly) at the beach was very sweet. He explained the process of applying the mud, walked us through each step, and made the whole experience feel special. It truly became the highlight of our trip. After visiting so many places and staying in different 5-star hotels, things can start to feel a bit the same — but it was this person, and our conversation with him, that created a truly memorable moment. PS I really enjoy the view from the room. The butler has also been incredibly helpful, suggesting many great restaurants.

Ma'In Hot Springs je rezort ve stylu oázy, který nabízí venkovní bazén a lázně umístěné přímo pod vřídelním vodopádem. Je obklopený horami a je stojí pouhých 30 minut jízdy od Mrtvého moře. Excellent property, friendly staff, great facilities. People are saying the hotel is in disrepair and needs modernizing - it’s rustic!! There might be a few improvements needed, but it’s a rustic style, which I loved, and I think other reviewers missed!!
