From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The highlight of our stay was the Ijen volcano tour, which was organized perfectly by our host. Everything was planned down to the smallest detail, and we had the most professional guide who ensured we had an amazing experience. It was clear that our group received the best care and attention, making the adventure even more special. I like it very much, everything is perfect. Located right in front of YIA, the hotel offers free shuttle bus to the airport every half and hour which is very convenient. Top tier service, cleanliness, choices of food, and staff friendliness.

A gem of a hotel in a great location, walking distance to the Palace & the Pasar right next door is not to be missed. The hotel is superbly appointed - very comfortable with beautiful art & facilities. We could have stayed longer.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.... The concierge staff Efan,Kevin,Pegi,Adi were really great and made our tour of the City very special.
