The spa treatments were a dream — the massage and facial left me feeling completely renewed. And the attention to detail? Exceptional. From arranging smooth transfers from the ferry to packing us fresh breakfast sandwiches for our journey — every little touch made a big difference. If you’re looking to escape the chaos of busy resorts and truly unwind, this is the place. Peaceful, personal, and perfectly done. Highly recommended.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. New and beautiful establishment, facilities are very good, staff are amazing and very friendly. I mentioned to the front desk that we are celebrating my son's birthday, and they surprised them two times at breakfast and dinner, and housekeeping left a message for him inside the room. They made my son's birthday amazing. The staff at front desk, both restaurants and housekeeping were so friendly and cooperative.

We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!
