I had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were amazing—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

We moved to this hotel on the 26th december for 2 nights after 3 nights at St Regis and experiencing some very unpleasant matters. The hotel is great, service was excellent, there were plenty of dining options offered inside the hotel, a very well-equipped gym with a beautiful harbor view. We dined at the chinese restaurant (The Legacy House), food was excellent and service was great too from the hostess who welcomed us and brought us to our seats to the staff who took great care of us from the start till the end of our meal.

I would like to thank the entire W HK team, especially Pauline and Shirley, who made my stay one of the most pleasant experiences in HK. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist my needs and gave me great local recommendations. Housekeeping were incredible and their personalised gestures were warmly received. Stunning In all aspects… big thumbs up to the club lounge team especially our concierge Corinne ! Also great to meet with Adam at the Ozone… with delicious tailor made cocktails. Everything was flawless… we got treated like kings and this experience will stay in my memories forever…
