Breakfast delivered to room was excellent and always exactly on time. The location was very convenient and close to city centre.

Posizionato a Megalochori, a 800 metri da Spiaggia Thermis, Enarma Suites & Spa Wellness Retreat mette a disposizione una piscina all’aperto stagionale, un parcheggio privato gratuito, un centro... One of the best if not THE best. The suites were amazing, serene, and so welcoming, the view was nice, the pool is good (but not heated to my preference, it could do with a couple more degrees), the food was great. All in all, the best experience in Santorini was this hotel and that was because of one thing, the staff. Especially Rosy and Thanasis (Thanos), great people to hang around with, great service, amazing and sooooooo kind.

The weather at the end of April was quite unpredictable, and the sea was still too cold for swimming, so the hot tub turned out to be a perfect and much-appreciated feature. The place itself is charming and peaceful - an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the island. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Neo Suites in Fira for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. The suite was beautiful — very clean, modern, and comfortable, with an amazing sea view and our own private hot tub, which made the experience even more special. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The location is ideal: close enough to walk to the center of Fira, but still peaceful and quiet. And the staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and discreet — they made us feel welcome and taken care of from the moment we arrived. It was everything we hoped for in a honeymoon stay. Thank you to the whole team! 💙

What made it so special was not only the beauty of Santorini and the hotel itself but the incredible hospitality of the owners. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with such warmth and genuine kindness that we felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect — from sharing local tips and helping us plan our days, to simply spending time chatting with us and making us feel truly at home. They took care of every little problem to make our stay perfect. Every little detail showed how much they care about their guests. The property itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. We are so grateful for this experience and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Santorini.
