Days Hotel & Suites China Town---Five minutes to reach Changsha Station, the metro Line 2 & Line 6 are nearby, free gym & laundromat, Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is offered on the 31st floor... My stay at this hotel was an incredible experience — if there were a better word than "incredible," I would definitely use it. The hotel manager, Mr. Jack, was a very respectful and polite man. Throughout our stay, he was attentive, and whenever we had an issue, he resolved it promptly. He even sent a gift to our room and made sure we were in complete comfort at all times. The room was very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything one might need. From the window, there was a stunning view of the city and its towers. The room temperature was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, varied, and of high quality, mainly consisting of delicious Chinese cuisine. The hotel was in a fantastic location in the city center, with easy access to the metro, which was less than a 10-minute walk away. This made getting to tourist attractions very convenient. The hotel was also easily reachable from the train station by metro. The management provided us with very detailed and precise directions on how to reach the hotel from the station. The hotel staff were very kind and professional. I am truly grateful to the entire hotel team, especially Mr. Jack, for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I will definitely return on my future visits. Don’t forget that Changsha is a dreamy city, and you should never miss seeing Orange Island at night.

The hotel has an excellent location with everything you need nearby, yet the atmosphere is quiet and not crowded with tourists. The rooms are very clean, and the service is outstanding. Even when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on, staff thoughtfully left bottled water and toiletries outside the door. A special mention goes to Scott, who welcomed us warmly upon arrival. He explained everything clearly, created a detailed route for exploring the park, and gave us many helpful tips — his support made our stay even more memorable.

Excellent hotel with superb location. The breakfast was quite good and the staff were most helpful, particularly with arranging tickets. Remarkable value for money. Would certainly return.

This hotel is right in the city center with a subway station downstairs – super convenient! The breakfast buffet was awesome, and the staff upgraded us to a high-floor room. Absolutely brilliant stay! The FengHuang Kasen Waterloom Keep's grounds are lovely and breakfast was fantastic. The real standout was their service: arranged a hotel car to collect us from the station and provided dedicated transfers to the local sights. Staff called right after booking to organise our travel and even helped plan our itinerary - extremely professional and helpful. Proper job, highly recommend!

Quite impressed. Grounds pleasantly restorative - ideal for unwinding. Facilities notably modern (surprisingly so), everything in working order. Staff discreet yet attentive when required. Airport shuttle proved useful. Post-sightseeing strolls: tranquil, with several agreeable resident creatures about. Pool area particularly commendable - sizeable and well-maintained. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Jolly good all round.

The location is very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. A big thank to the manager, Joanna, which helped us a lot booking tickests to all the attractions we wanted to see and assist us during our stay.
