Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel completed an extensive renovation in 2022 through a design philosophy that follows contemporary aesthetics and community ambience. Sheraton is remarkable, but this stay was truly extraordinary thanks to Jack, who upgraded our room for a breathtaking experience with my husband. It was a delightful surprise, and his attention to detail was evident when he provided us with a fruit platter. Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. Having traveled extensively, I've never encountered someone as proactive, kind, and patient as him. Thank you, Jack, for making my stay exceptional.

China Hotel, located at the heart of Guangzhou’s tourism culture, is just steps away from two iconic parks, Yue Xiu Park and Liu Hua Lake Park, providing a peaceful atmosphere for all leisure as well... Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel!! Nothing else compares to the variety and quality of the food. Even the coffee was excellent:)

Superbly finished, stylish, modern and well-equipped hotel Rooms are large, comfortable and have everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful with great choice and high food standard. Despite the fact that our Chinese was not very good, the young staff were accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Good laundry facilities Great restaurants, shops and amenities. Overall, lovely cosmopolitan and international atmosphere. We loved our stay at Arthur Hotel.

Sheraton Guangzhou Panyu provides free shuttle bus between the hotel and Canton Fair Complex for in-house guests during Canton Fair period. Breakfast spread was good. Hospitality excellent. All thanks to Mr. Rio & Mr. Albert to take care of the smallest things and making the stay & travel comfortable and easy.

The hotel is stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms that have all the amenities you would expect from a top-notch establishment. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, providing us with a beautiful panorama of the city. The highlight of our stay, however, was the service we received from the chief concierge, Peter. He went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from hailing taxis to sending packages via DHL. His attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay all the more enjoyable. The rest of the personnel at the Jumeirah Guangzhou were also very nice and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist in any way possible. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and luxurious, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. In conclusion, I would highly recommend the Jumeirah Guangzhou to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in the city. The combination of beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, and exceptional service from Peter and the rest of the staff make it a truly special place to stay.
