Featuring a spa, an outdoor pool and a restaurant, Hotel Hare Uta offers accommodation in Hanga Roa. WiFi is available, connection is limited. We stayed for 3 nights and our expectations were exceeded. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the whole island. Our room was in a great position, overlooking the pool, was comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel’s garden, food and cocktails were all brilliant. A taxi into Hanga Roa was only 5000 CLP. We hired a car from the hotel for the day so we could explore ourselves. We then had a half day excursion with a brilliant guide the following day. She was the president of (I think) the tourism board in Rapa Nui. Learning and seeing the Moais was definitely the highlight of the trip.

In the morning you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, the owner will give you fresh bread, a variety of coffee and tea, as well as jams and butter. Is it too good to be true? And a bottle of local wine. The owner is the nicest person in the world. Christopher and his wife will answer all your questions. They are always happy to answer your questions and help you with everything. He even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off. This wonderful family treats their guests like family, very welcoming and loving. Gratitude is not enough. I recommend this house to everyone. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Featuring spa facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant overlooking the ocean, Nayara Hangaroa is a modern resort that offers wooms with free WiFi. Surprisingly good restaurants (it may be difficult on islands). English-speaking staff. Good room. Good view of the sea.

The location was perfect just a short walk to the town, Hosts were helpful and polite and spoke excellent English, Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but good quality.

Lovely setting, 10 minutes walk from the town centre, super friendly staff, one of the owners was also a registered guide. It was very reasonably priced accommodation.
