I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

Located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore, a private bathing beach, the jetty with its own marina and garden, guest rooms and suites. What is there to not like about this hotel. So beautiful, staff is great, the spa was amazing. Ascona was for us a wonderful unexpected gem.

Staff is extremely kind and shows care for their guests, especially in the restaurant area. Great location, very clean, nice view over the mountains and lake. Solid pool and spa area.

Hotelul de 5 stele Grand Villa Castagnola este situat pe malul lacului Lugano, într-un parc subtropical privat, la câţiva paşi de centrul vechi din Lugano. We absolutely loved everything about our stay: the staff were so friendly and attentive, the views were gorgeous, the room was magnificent, the beds comfortable, and the spa was clean and quiet, with the massages so great and relaxing. We also loved the breakfast spread. It’s a nice stroll into town and the hotel is in a quiet area. Perfect for a getaway and melt away the stress! I definitely want to return and if you have any second thoughts about booking, just do it 😊

Every things they really take care of every little details. Staff were wonderful all of them no exceptions. Location the panoramic few you wouldn’t find it any where else. The panoramic suite was amazing . One of the best hotel I have visited in my life

Location is absolutely beautiful, staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served with a lot of good food and drinks. Christmas decorations are amazing. Bar is great with live music.
