This is a very nice, very well run property, but the best part is the staff -- really great, helpful, fun, nice staff. Super comfortable room, good service, great breakfast, good restaurant. Easy to walk to old town.

A very comfortable and beautiful hotel away from the city hustle and with mountain views and fresh air. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind, from helping with taxi arrangements to providing recommendations on nearby activities. The breakfast and dinner options were quite good and adaptable to dietary needs (in our case vegetarian). Would love to go back!

Surrounded by mountains and featuring an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna, Tarcin Forest Resort and Spa; MGallery by Sofitel operates as dry hotel, 38 km from Sarajevo. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The resort was beautiful and had stunning scenery. There was a variety of foods to choose from. The spa was amazing and I had an amazing massage.

The house was clean and well prepared upon our arrival. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, where there is a barbecue grill perfect for family meals and gatherings. The host was kind and helpful, making sure that everything was ready for us. Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend this place to other families looking for a quiet and enjoyable stay.
