All the staff was amazing and prompt to respond to all of our needs. We just had one problem the cook did not want to make not spicy meals and although we explained numerous times to the waitress and they where very attentive to our requests the dish always had peppers or some spicy sauce. Until my wife started crying and yelling after eating a spicy pepper we did not receive what we requested. Consider this when you eat a meal there and have any alergies.

We loved our stay here: flawless service, perfect villa with lots of nice compliments (free minibar, good cosmetics, slippers and a bag for the pool etc), great territory and facilities - everything was very stylish and looked expensive :) Food was also great, special thx for the breakfast menu and cocktails.

The staff was very attentive and service minded. We had some issues with the air cond but we were offered to have another room pro-actively. Pool was great. Just some 3 min walking from a small plaza where there were a few add’l local restaurants

Had an amazing experience at ANMON Resort! The whole place was instagrammable day & night. Service was excellent and absolutely the best. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Whatsapp communication with the staff was responsive. The room is clean and spacious. WIFI is available around the whole resort. The Treasure Bay Lagoon is awesome and the entry is free. However, the water activities is pricey. Overall, a perfect gateway!

We had a wonderful stay at Natra Bintan! The food and room were both excellent, but what truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was warm and attentive. The property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.
