Big space, modern and comfortable. Parking tight, but available. Great coffee maker, heated floors, great bed and shower. We would definitely come back.

Just 250 metres from Lake Wakatipu, Alexis Motel & Apartments features a large shared patio offering views of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables Mountains. The cleanest place I've stayed at in years. The receptionist was incredibly nice and flexible. Big privacy windows with a good view of the mountains and not a far walk from the center of the town.

It’s the second time I choose the Residence du Parc. It’s such a great location and the apartments are excellent! I like how comfortable the place is, the size of the apartment, the great views, everything.

Modern design, very clean, and still very new. Awesome view right in front of the lake. Very near to Queenstown airport. Peaceful surrounding. A very recommended place to stay! Oh and also the community area and kids playground are great.

The entire process of checkin was automated and the apartment had an exceptional view. Our entire checkin, stay as well as checkout was very seamless. Our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit queenstown.

We definitely felt we were in superior accommodation. We enjoyed the amazing mountain views from the lounge window. We were very cosy and the beds were so comfy. We appreciated the proximity to Fresh Choice, bus stops and a couple of cafés.
