Residence Hotel Takayama Station se nachází v ideální lokalitě v centru města Takajama a poskytuje pokoje s klimatizací, fitness centrum, bezplatné Wi-Fi a terasu. Location: right next to the station, literally. Couldn't be easier. Takayama isn't that big, so you're already within walking distance of all the main attractions and many places to eat. Facilities: my room had a more or less full size kitchen, a huge refrigerator, a washing machine and multiple trash cans. This was easily the most complete hotel room of my entire stay in Japan. There is a pretty big balcony that you can access by way of sliding doors. And there is also a sliding mosquito screen to keep out bugs. Perfect! What I like about the building: While this hotel only has 1 elevator for like 10 floors, there is an open stairway inside the building that you can use. It is not limited to emergencies only. I have gratefully made use of this when I wanted to leave the hotel but there was an entire family with suitcases waiting for the elevator. Another big plus, the hotel has a secondary entrance/exit, so you don't have to pass reception when you want to get in or out of the hotel.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. It is in the middle section of Magome-juku. The scenery is beautiful, and it is particularly quiet at night. It's also very easy to find. The dinner reserved was a pleasant surprise. It included wild boar and deer he caught in the forest. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. my little daughter couldn't stop praising it. The host is really good at cooking. The host was very kind, and we had a really enjoyable chat. we really enjoyed our stay there, fully recommended!！！！

The Nomad Inn Gujo se nachází v destinaci Gujo a nabízí terasu a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem na řeku. I loved every aspect of my staying at the Nomad Inn! Masa is an outstanding host. Knowing that I was in town for the Gujo Odori Festival, he introduced me to one of the dancers and helped me having a memorable experience. He also recommended many different places to eat and visit and assisted me with the transportation of my very heavy luggage. I really wish to go back one day and have more time to enjoy his well-equiped and cozy house! I will never forget my short - but incredible - stay at this beautiful place.

We arrived after our chilly hike along the trail to a very warm and inviting traditional home. It was stocked with tea, coffee and drinks in the fridge, as well as some snacks. There were so many different areas to sit and relax in the home, we felt soo welcome and at home we did not want to leave. This was a stark contrast to our Air bnb we had in Kyoto where we felt we could not relax or enjoy the property. The sleepy town was fun to explore, the cafe next door was also very warm and welcoming filled with music and warmth. And the beds!! Being 6 months pregnant I was a little worried about the traditional futons on the floor but it was the best sleep I has the whole 3 weeks in Japan. I also appreciated the number of chairs for me to sit in. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved staying in this apartment.

Though I never met the host in person, they were very quick to respond to questions and helped us with luggage forwarding to this location. I enjoyed my breakfast on the balcony and also watched a parade go by from up there.
