Really beautiful apartment. Clean, functional, cozy, with a stunning view. The apartment had a living room, a kitchen area, a studio, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Worth mentioning the fact that it is an apartment, but the service is that of a hotel.

At the hotel every room is fitted with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a kitchen, a dining area and a private bathroom with free toiletries, a shower and a hairdryer. Smithe House features certain units that include a balcony, and all rooms include a coffee machine. All units will provide guests with a fridge. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!

Vancouver Coal Harbour Seaplane Base Airport is 2 km away. The apartment is lovely exactly as described. The owner had thought of everything in regards to cleaning products. The location is great, it's in the middle of everywhere we had to go. I would recommend this apartment to others to stay in.

At the apartment complex, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. I absolutely loved Jade resorts. It's how I imagined Canada would be. We were surrounded by wildlife (Otters, eagles, seals and more). The accommodation was spacious, clean & well equipped. They have about 5 different gas BBQS and that was great. We were recommended a day trip to see whales and Bears by the host and that was amazing. It's close to 2 supermarkets that have everything you could want. We will definitely be coming back but this time for longer
