If it was possible to give a six star rating, I would certainly have given one. Everything about this property was first class and more. This 16th Century building is amazingly well looked after and the rooms were as authentic as they come. This is the yardstick that all pub hotels should be measuring up to. Nearly all the staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. This was made even better with the freshly cooked breakfast that I was served. It is one of the places to stay even if you are not doing anything in the area. I could go on and say a lot more but you should get the point by now. Thank you, well done and keep up the fine work!

the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the staff helpful but the room was so hot it ruined our 3 day stay and we left a day early and were very disappointed as we were looking forward to this holiday very much. We could not obtain any compensation at all. The wifi was also very poor indeed and the staff explained this was normal.

Stayed at Westerham as it's close to National Trust property Chartwell and convenient for the M25. There are interesting shops and quite a few eateries but some closed on Monday or for refurbishment. Check before going. Can recommend Tulsi Indian restaurant.

The state of the Days Inn grounds did not bode favourable...
The state of the Days Inn grounds did not bode favourable for the first impression of Westerham. The Council need to have words with them about the general upkeep and monitoring of the area outside the reception/parking areas of the facility. Westerham is a beautiful part of Kent I know the area well as I have grown up in the area. But if hotels\motels are not kept to certain standards this will have adverse effect on the whole area.

General impression was of a potentially lovely town spoilt by premise that were empty or in general need of improvement.
The town seemed in need of good hotels, restaurants and nice shops.
There is a nice Italian restaurant and shop.
There is plenty to enjoy in the vicinity, eg. Darwin's and Churchill's houses, and the Biggin Hill wartime museum and aerial activity.
Didn't hv bfast. Room abit worn and altho it looked clean it wasnt spotless and smelt of cheap perfume - opened the window to try and get rid of smell. Leak under wash basin which I reported. Wd not stay again - it was ok but cdnt recommend it. Also, the Covid restrictions have only just been lifted - this was the only place I've been to in Kent last couple of days where young staff didnt wear masks, and all signs of restrictions gone. It's young people who are getting Covid the most at the moment.
Beautiful Boutique Hotel is a great location. Bedrooms are clean, spacious (Deluxe Double) and very comfortable.
Staff are welcoming, and always attentive to any needs
Excellent Bar with a great selection of beer, and one of the few places that still serve a decent Pint in a Jug Glass!
Breakfast is delicious - but if you're staying over and hoping to for an early getaway... do factor in they do not begin the service until 07:30
The property was spacious, beautifully appointed, had luxurious bedding and throws, very comfy beds, and had generously sized bedrooms all with en suite.
The kitchen had huge amounts of storage and was well kitted out in terms of crockery and utensils
Situated right in the heart of Westerham, very handy for local shops, coffee places and restaurants. Although the kitchen for the restaurant below could be noisy at times!
Right next door to JetEx where I parked our jet
Bus stop is less than 200 yards from the hotel
Restaurant upstairs was very good. Noticed that the locals ate there regularly. Rooms were immaculate, the hotel is very well insulated. Did not hear the airport runway traffic at all.
Staff is very polite, friendly and attentive.
Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. I stayed 5 days and will stay there again in October.
Location to westerham was great. The staff were fine. Although when I told them about the room being too hot (considering the weather is not the warmest) said oh dear. Breakfast was fine the room was clean. Tea and coffee in room was a lovely touch. (Short snout - is the room to avoid)
There was a fan provided which helped as a white noise against the traffic noise.
Andrew and his staff were friendly and attentive. When there was a problem with WiFi in the room he made arrangements for me to take some important business meetings in another part of the premises. The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere in the bar and restaurant areas in the evenings was friendly. I was made to feel like a local.
In England for a family reunion and our location in Westerham was ideal as the majority of my family were staying in Sevenoaks, a 20 minute car ride away. Willow Cottage was very cozy, convenient and comfortable for myself, my partner and my daughter.
Highly recommended......thanks again Laura

Amazing staff! Nothing was too much, they were incredibly attentive and flexible with our large group of family and friends. Hannah in particular was one of the nicest and most helpful member of staff I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Very comfy beds, okay food, nice bar.
The location of Westerham was perfect for our requirements, which included visiting old haunts, and local places of interest (Titsey Place, Emmets Gardens). The hotel has a delightfully quirky feel.
The Hotel was very clean with friendly and efficient staff who made all of the guests in our party feel welcome. The quality of the food in the evening was excellent as was the breakfast.
An absolute gem! If only there were more hotels like this one. Genuinely putting the guest first to ensure a first class stay. Loved the bottle of gin in the bedroom! Great breakfast.
I had to come to this hotel as our flight got cancelled at Gatwick it was a long way away but they took us that night and we where grateful, for last minute and emergency
Location was very bad to find on Routeplanner address was not accurate or complete
We spent very much time to find the hotel who luckily had a very pleasant reception
The room itself was nice on initial view. large room with a comfortable bed at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was lovely and staff all very nice and welcoming.
