Located 1.5 km from Hakusan Shrine, TheMana Village is a recently renovated 3-star accommodation in Tosashimizu, featuring an open-air bath, free bikes and private parking. A real gem, in a beautiful part of Shikoku. Nicely renovated and spacious room with view over the sea, great welcome by staff, very good breakfast and the best: outside hot bath with view over the cliffs (and probably the stars, hidden that day by the clouds). It was a last minute decision to go there, decision I do not regret. The restaurant was unfortunately closed on a Wednesday, but there was a nearby place that served excellent homemade food (Café Cape).

Featuring an open-air bath and views of city, Jyoseikan is a ryokan situated in a historic building in Kochi, 34 km from Daizen-ji Temple. Private parking is available on site. excellent Ryokan with excellent food for breakfast and dinner. I love the japanese bath house on top. i really emjoyed.

Situated in Ōtaguchi in the Kochi region, 山荘梶ヶ森 features accommodation with access to a public bath. The location was amazing, on top of the valley. It is one of our favorite spots in Shikoku now! The staff was exceptionnal and even included a session where we could use the observatory (in the hotel) and we saw Saturn, it was very magical.
