Unsurprisingly, there were only Japanese guests as far as we could tell. However, the receptionists were all extremely helpful, professional, and friendly above all. I am from Taiwan and can only speak broken Japanese, yet they didn't treat me differently at all during my stay: unlike some of the restaurant and hotel staff members I had unfortunately encountered elsewhere despite trying not to speak English. Here's the icing on the cake. My wife accidentally forgot a personal item that her late father had left her, because I got the checkout time wrong and had to leave in a hurry. I immediately contacted the hotel, but we were already in a different city far from Gifu. They offered to send the item to our next destination free of charge even though I insisted on paying. I must say the staff was far more professional than some of the staffs of a few expensive, traditional onsen ryokan places we stayed in. Thank you, Hotel Route Inn Ginan Kokudo 21! 誠にありがとうございました！

Hotel Route Inn Owariseto Ekimae se 3 hvězdičkami se nachází v destinaci Seto. I like it overall. The rooms were bigger than usual business hotels. We liked that there was a couch and a table inside the rooms. Most restaurants around are already closed by 7 so it was great that the restaurant in the hotel is open until 10PM. All the staff were cheerful and courteous. And the breakfast was sumptuous.

Hotel Route-Inn Shinfujieki Minami se 3 hvězdičkami se nachází v destinaci Fudži. Hotel seems to be built recently. They had easily accessible coin laundry with wash+dry function which was a savior for us. We got a room with a view to Mt. Fuji and even though it was really cloudy, we got a 10 minute window where we could spot the peak through the clouds.
