Hotel Route Inn Ginan -Kokudo 21 Gou- se 3 hvězdičkami se nachází v destinaci Ginan. Honestly, I expected discrimination since the hotel was quite far from tourist attractions. Unsurprisingly, there were only Japanese guests as far as we could tell. However, the receptionists were all extremely helpful, professional, and friendly above all. I am from Taiwan and can only speak broken Japanese, yet they didn't treat me differently at all during my stay: unlike some of the restaurant and hotel staff members I had unfortunately encountered elsewhere despite trying not to speak English. Here's the icing on the cake. My wife accidentally forgot a personal item that her late father had left her, because I got the checkout time wrong and had to leave in a hurry. I immediately contacted the hotel, but we were already in a different city far from Gifu. They offered to send the item to our next destination free of charge even though I insisted on paying. I must say the staff was far more professional than some of the staffs of a few expensive, traditional onsen ryokan places we stayed in. Thank you, Hotel Route Inn Ginan Kokudo 21! 誠にありがとうございました！

Very convenient stay, comfortable bed and nice room with beautiful view, available washing machines, great onsen and affordable hotel restaurant. Many extra items available on request to make your stay even better (memory foam pillows, extra clothes hangers, …). Family mart 24/7 and drug store about 200m from the hotel, another food supermarket max 10 min walk, about 8min walk to the beautiful beach.

Hotel Route Inn Owariseto Ekimae se 3 hvězdičkami se nachází v destinaci Seto. I like it overall. The rooms were bigger than usual business hotels. We liked that there was a couch and a table inside the rooms. Most restaurants around are already closed by 7 so it was great that the restaurant in the hotel is open until 10PM. All the staff were cheerful and courteous. And the breakfast was sumptuous.
