Everything about this Riad is perfect. It’s beautiful, clean, the staff are some of the friendliest people we’ve met, and the location is amazing. It’s located in the medina so everything is pretty much walkable. You get a stunning view of the Marrakesh sunset from the rooftop. We had to check out super early around 6:30 and the staff prepared breakfast for us at 6AM. The service was just incredible!

I have visited more than 50 countries around the globe. I stayed to many hotels, hostels and guest houses. The hospitality that I found in the Riad was way more than I was expecting. We felt like home, clean premises, very beautiful and rich breakfast and the hosts became our friends. I cannot recommend it more. if you are looking to feel like home in another country this is the place to book.

This Riad is highly recommended if you want to experience an authentic Moroccan hospitality in the heart of the Medina. It is stunning and very clean. A big thank you to the incredible hardworking staff looking after this place. Well done!

Riad Sultan Suleiman มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในมาร์ราเกช และอยู่ห่างจัตุรัส Djemaa El Fna ไม่เกิน 1.1 กม. perfect location for exploring the city on foot. just around the corner from the tombs saadi with several restaurants in the area. the riad also has its own restaurant where you can dine on the rooftop of on the ground floor. the room on the ground floor was fantastic - with a large comfortable bed, good lighting, 2 couches in the seating area and a small refrigerator. there was no desk in the room but plenty of tables outside for working. the rooftop has tables and couches and even sun loungers to relax. the shower is great, with strong water pressure and it doesn't leak and flood the bathroom!

The staffs - Hamid, Hassan and Rashed amazing service! Location wise its really good, close to money changers, groceries, atm machine and 12 mins walk to Medina. The breakfast is 10/10.

The Riad is charming, clean, and well located — but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made me feel at home right away and were always ready to help with anything I needed.

The Riad was amazing!! Absolutely loved the design & interiors, felt very Balinese. The owners were both there when myself and friend stayed and really looked after us, up for a chat and gave us some good recommendations. The breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, so beautiful!! The location is also pretty good, it’s just a little outside the main Medina, however, it means it’s very peaceful and quiet!

KOUTOBIA ROYAL มอบบริการห้องพักพร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศและห้องน้ำแบบส่วนตัว โดยมีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในมาร์ราเกช ห่างจาก Le Jardin Secret ไม่เกิน 700 ม. และห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์ Mouassine Museum ไม่เกิน 800 ม. could not recommend this enough!!! staff were super welcoming, helpful & accomodating!! the riad was in a perfect location, short distance walk to a lot of hotspots and away from the loud noise at night. aircon and wifi worked perfectly in the room. clean towels and linen on the daily. breakfast was yummy and fresh (they even packed us a mini early breakky when we had early check out). nice rooftop and aesthetic of the riad overall. no complaints :))))
