The hotel had a single wifi network for all its guests, which was very unsecure. Use at your own peril.

The villa was nice and clean. The staff were awesome! Checked in time was supposedly at 3 pm however, they let us checked in early. They also gave us a yummy dessert kinda like an ice cream but not creamy, not really sure how to describe it but it was nice; good refreshment to beat the heat after scooting and see parts of Yilan. The villa was peaceful and quiet, we loved the private tub outside with nice hot and cold spring water. The room was big, the bed was nice and comfy.

This is a fantastic place. We liked it so much we extended our stay. Everything was very clean, the location is outside of the busy street but still close to everything. The area is quieter and good for sleeping. There are massage parlors nearby. And the most amazing thing is the outdoor spa bath. We wanted to live in it . The area is also good for hiking, in good weather.

Very friendly staff and helpful. The room is very spacious and kept clean. Free drinking water in the room. Outside private hotspring is covered so can be used even when it's raining. Inside large bathtub.

the facilities at this hotel, amazing. huge rooms, very large spa for hot spring bath and the room condition was immaculate. the location on the footstep of Jiaoxi was perfect too - very close but not too close. perfect sleep :)Yang was an amazing host :)

The location is very near to Jiaoxi Bus Station but have to walk a bit to go to the downtown. The road also a bit steep , so if you don't mind, this won't be a problem.

The staff is very friendly. The facilities are superb and clean. The room also very comfy and big. The bathroom with hotspring tub is also perfect. The picture posted are similar with the real one.

Had headache consecutively for 2 days due to poor mattress and pillow quality, mattress was quite firm and pillow was extremely low. Also, could have given better facilities like bath robe etc since the main purpose of the hotel is hotspring

Very big room, and having the private hot-spring in the room was a treat. We were bike touring, so the soak was very welcomed. Would have loved to have stayed longer, the staff were lovely and generous.

Beautiful room and hot spring facilities. Very kind and considerate staff. Comfortable bed and bedding, room had air conditioning, which was great. Bathroom facilities and water coolers, tea/coffee, slippers all nice. 12pm room checkout was a great bonus :)

Staff was wonderful! Ms Yang is great and very helpful. The hot spring tub was wonderful and huge. Water pressure is great! Room is extremely clean but a bit dated. Bed was comfortable and the sheets and bedding were great!

Unfortunately in less than 24 hours we found two large cockroaches in the room. One staff explained that it was summer and cockroaches appear. Another said they come in from the outside through the drain. We come from a tropical country which is summer all year round and cockroaches can be controlled. There are one way drain traps that block the entry of roaches to bathrooms and a regular bait and extermination program drastically reduces the appearance of these pests. Our feeling is that the hotel did not take proper care to manage the cockroach population. There are many mosquitoes as well but the city management is more critical there. Considering how empty the can of bug spray in our room was the cockroach appearances are probably frequent. Before we checked out we repacked our luggage just to be sure we had no stowaways. Now, the hotel wasn't that expensive but I've almost never had roaches in my room even when staying in warm tropical locales, even in the rainforest. Only 1 other time and I'm a frequent flyer. So, not acceptable. One, could be coincidence. Two tells me there's a nest nearby.

Good location and nice facilities. Everything about the room itself was great. The staff were also very kind with considerate service that goes above and beyond.

The condition of the facilities can be better, the bathroom door cannot be closed properly. sound proofing not good as I can hear the full conversation of guests in their hot spring tub next door.

The staff gave us a very thorough orientation and explanation on how to use the hot spring tub and hot water shower. The hot spring tub is very big and I enjoyed soaking in it.
