I think there should be good non-slip stickers on the tiles in the shower. The tiles get quite slippery when wet.

The atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly. The location is very convenient. They have parking, too! Their breakfast buffet includes lots of delicious options.

When I first went into the room, it smells a bit damp. Keep aircon on to drive away damp smell. Not too heavy smell but having a sensitive nose, I can detect the dampness. In addition, toilet has no lock as it is glass door. Also thought it has tainted, you can still see the figure inside. Wish the glass door can be a normal door.

Near popular street and yet maintain a distance. Near the tourist spot and yet maintain a distance to acquire peace. A place for kids to play Lego to interact with other kids. Spacious space for breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Spacious room for three bedrooms

Soundproofing could be better, I was in 9th floor room and woken up by loud bird sounds outside the small window and some hallway sounds.

The cleaning was not good. There was watermark on the bathroom wall, floor and faucet. like no cleaning for long time after the previous customer left.

Close to the train station, good breakfast. Many spring hotels, restaurants and store around. The hotel lobby is decorated with fairly tail features like puzzle, toys. customers can play with it. Staffs are very helpful. Can enjoy spring water bath in the room.

Extremely kids and family friendly. The buffet breakfast every morning was amazing (catered well for our vegetarian family) - the chef was passionate and enthusiastic about preparing special extra meals for my family we felt like VIP. My kids especially loved the large bathroom with a massive hot spring bathtub that fit all my 4 kids. Beds were large and comfy.

The kids play room is only open from 3pm. We can only use the play area next to reception before 3pm. Not a big issue but just the kids were a little disappointed.

3 min to train station. Its clean and the bathroom is of good size. Provides baby cot and baby bath, ready when we check in. Great kids room and also kids play area by the reception. Very good breakfast too. Staff friendly.

The shower has jets that spray the sides of your body, but unfortunately, since there's no side wall on the shower, it also sprays the entire bathroom. Just be careful not to turn them on, and you will be fine.

Excellent location near the main street and the train station. Breakfast had lots of choices and some variety each morning. The room was clean and comfortable with a kettle for tea in the room. The lobby was adorable and a fun place to take pictures!
