The host was so nice to us. She recommended us what to see in this area and also in our room we could find a whole file with recommendations what to see and do. There was no problem with us check-in earlier and check-out later, which was very helpful for us since we travel by trains not car. The apartment was very clean and even when it became a bit cold in it, we asked for some blankets and the host gave us an electric heater, which was very nice. Also, the view from our balcony was amazing!!

The owner is a really nice person - she gave us some tips for trips and about the local travelling etc. It is near to the Bohinj lake and you can go for many trips on foot. The accommodation is simple but nice. If you missed something here, just tell the owner and she will do her best to make you more comfortable here :)

Everything was great

Janja is very welcoming and attentive. The apartment matches the photos. It is perfectly clean and functional. A very lively little village (evening activities, several good restaurants). Grocery store right next to the apartment. Equidistant from Bled and Bohinj. The Vingtar Gorge and Tolmin Gorge are easily accessible. We loved our stay in this magnificent setting, surrounded by mountains. One of the most beautiful stops on our trip. Thanks again to Janja for her welcome.

Our stay at Janja's accommodation was truly amazing! Everything, from the charming village setting to the beautiful apartment, exceeded our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect for nature lovers, with stunning mountains, a beautiful lake, and fantastic hiking trails all within easy reach. It's also conveniently located for exploring the wider area.🥾🏕🏞 What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the host, Janja. She has such a big heart and was incredibly nice and communicative from the moment we booked. She went above and beyond, sending us so many fantastic locations to visit and providing countless helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. Her recommendations truly enhanced our trip and allowed us to discover hidden gems we wouldn't have found otherwise.☺️❤️ The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully designed, and very well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. We felt incredibly welcomed, and the quality of the apartment and the entire experience was outstanding, especially for the value. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a magical getaway in the heart of nature with an absolutely wonderful host. We can't wait to come back!

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the small and charming village, surrounded by stunning mountains, close to the lake and many fantastic hiking paths! The location is also convenient if you plan one-day trips by car to more distant places (e.g. Ljubljana). The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything you need, including parking space and WiFi connection. Janja, the hostess, is incredibly kind and helpful, giving us many helpful suggestions, such as directions to the waterfalls hidden nearby. We highly recommend this accommodation!

Wonderful stay in the very quiet and charming village of Srednja vas, just 10 minutes by car from the busy resort area of Bohinj. Loved the authentic farmhouse (house and barn attached). Easy access by car and foot to many trail heads. Small but adequate room with balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent and inexpensive restaurants within less than a 10 minute walk. Our warm and friendly conversations with Janja really enhanced our visit to this part of Slovenia. One of our favorite places during a two month journey.

Our stay was perfect! The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and very well-equipped. The location was a dream – close to the lake, ski slopes, and fantastic hiking trails. The area is nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by stunning mountains, making it the perfect retreat for anyone who loves the outdoors ⛰️ It’s also conveniently located not far from the capital city. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome: a bottle of wine, a charming Christmas tree, and New Year’s champagne to celebrate the festive season. Everything was carefully planned to make our stay special 💖 The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The quality of the apartment was great, and the value for money was even better. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable experience in such a magical location 🌟

Very comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony, and very friendly host. 🙂

The apartment was very equipped with a mini kitchenette. The host provided amenities like shampoo and towels for us to use during the stay. There was a local shop nearby to purchase some groceries. The host was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our request.

The apartment was beside the road therefore at night if the windows are open, you would be able to hear the noises from the cars passing by.

Janja is very kind and helpful. The apartment is clean and well equipped, the neighborhood is wonderful.

Close to local bus route which gave you easy access to all the sights and hikes in the area. 3 wonderful restaurants in walking distance. Situated in a lovely small village that gave you the full experience of been in an authentic working farm village.

Janja is an exceptionally great host who gave us a lot of local recommendations and is just a very friendly and kind person overall, we therefore felt right at home. We were especially grateful we got an upgrade to stay in the apartment with a kitchen. The apartment is located in a very quaint little village which is way nicer than staying in Bohinj in my opinion. It is also located close to Mostnica gorge and only a short drive to Viševnik, so overall it’s a great place to base yourself if you want to go for a few hikes.

The only downside to the apartment is that it can get a little noisy in the morning because the stairs are a little squeaky.

Janja is an exceptional hostess who truly cares about her guests. Loved all the information and suggestions she provided. She kindly offered me a nicer room than I had reserved, and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. I’m a light sleeper, but I slept like a baby there! Super convenient to Ribnice waterfalls, and there’s a bike/foot path to Stara Fuzina that continues to the lake, if you prefer not to have to drive/pay for parking in those areas. The only “problem” is that you’ll wish you could stay longer ;)

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Everything was like in the photos. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking space on the premise and excellent WiFi connection. Neighbourhood is just amazing. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We loved the area, surrounded by mountains with a few options for lunch/dinner by foot. Hiking paths easily accessible. The host, Janja, was easy to reach and gave plenty of information on available public transport, festivities and hikes. Room was spacious and clean.

What makes this place exceptional is mainly Janja, the host, who is a lovely and caring person. She was always helpful, giving us tips and helping with some stuff. The rooms are simple but clean and cozy. We could also use the kitchen whenever we wandted. There’s enough place on the parking and bus stop nearby.

Indeed, the church bells are quite noisy but audible probably from every place in Srednja Vas;)

Janja is a very kind host, who always enjoys a chat and tries to help out as much as possible. She even offered us homemade cake, which was very delicious. The apartment was cosy, very clean and equipped with everything you need.

A wonderful last week of July. Lots of places to visit: cable car to Rjava Skala, Savica waterfall, Bled lake. Peričnik waterfalls... P.S. ...beautiful summer night mountain storms 😎

Janja was really nice, giving us information about the lake and valley. The room had a very nice balcony with mountains views, great way to start or end your day by looking at the mountains.
