We're pleased that our location near the city center and complimentary parking once again met your expectations. However, we are genuinely troubled that this stay fell so far short of the positive experience you had with us last year. We sincerely apologize for all the shortcomings you observed - the delayed and careless room cleaning, slow breakfast buffet replenishment, and unprofessional service at checkout. This absolutely does not reflect the standards we strive for and that you had every right to expect based on your previous experience. We take your feedback very seriously and will address these issues with our entire team to restore the level of service that made you choose to return to our hotel.
