Location is close to the main centre. The room is new and cabin-like setting.

Beds were too small for us. We should’ve requested for a bigger one.

lockers under the beds were very large and there were smaller lockers by the wardrobe too beds were comfortable staff were very helpful (shoutout to jonas for helping me after reception hours!) location is within short walking distance of the town centre and the airport bus stop

curtains only go halfway across the bed wifi was patchy and didn’t really work in the room not enough bathrooms for the number of people, had to sit and wait for a bathroom to be free got about 20 minutes as there’s only 2 showers and 3 toilets (only toilet is separate) could do with update design in some rooms

Bed curtains, separate bathrooms, nice staff

Locks on bathroom door misaligned, bathrooms are well used/ need deep clean/ general doors and cupboard hinges and hardware need attention. Need more pillows available, bigger blankets smaller key cards that clip to keys or in wallet.

Hostel location is not far from downtown and close to FreshChoice supermarket. The kitchen is big and clean. Also they have enough equipment for everyone to cook. Toilet is clean too but they should have more rooms for toilet. They have storage and locker for you to keep your luggage in the room.

The mattress is too soft. When you lie down, the middle sinks in. Also the curtains on the bed don’t go the full length.

Great location, easy to walk to the main areas of Queenstown. The room was brand new, quite small and didn’t really have room for two suitcases, but had a comfy bed, blankets and heating. Very clean room.

The shared spaces were often messy, it felt like you were staying in a shared house. The fridges were all full and most smelt like food expired a month ago. We had a private bathroom but there were always people waiting for the shower/toilet in the morning. The kitchens were cleaned at 9am daily which is when most people were cooking so it was really inconvenient. They should wait until later in the morning.

Lovely little spot just on the outskirts of town. Free parking was amazing. Staff were cool! Great evenings with movie nights and felt like a community(:

The location was convenient, a 5 mins walk into the center of town and another 5 mins to the supermarket. Close enough to town that you were in the heart of it all, but away from the sounds of the nightlife. The atmosphere they've created at the hostel is welcoming, with activities held most nights. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and they kept the place very clean

The room and facilities were clean with good sized storage under the bed The location was great, very close to the CBD. Bed was comfortable.

The Wifi was poor with minimal connection. when booking the website sad parking however when I got my check in details the day before they stated "limited parking" which is ok because when we arrived there was free street parking across the road but it needs to be clearer when booking as onsite parking was a big reason as to why I booked there. Additionally the place was fully booked when I stayed and there are limited showers/toilets so often would be waiting for a shower. Plus the curtains on the bunks only go 3/4 of the way across so not ideal for keeping out the light and privacy.

    1. Ive always liked the backpacker, bunk-beds concept. 2. Ensuite - consistent hot water, which was great! 3. Clean room, ample space to put ur stuff. I didnt bring my luggage with me, just a backpack. 4. Sufficient bathrooms around the backpackers. 5. Comfortable living room the chairs were huge and comfy. Theres tv, games, books... keeps u well occupied. They have game nights, quiz nights.. very entertaining. 6. Location was superb, near town but not too close. Good walk to and fro. Peaceful location. 7. Great staff. Very smiley and friendly.

    1. Parking. Theres space just outside the backpackers, that im very grateful but the parking below, was very deceiving and the space is over tight. They should mention when its full or a staff to guide. My car got scratched. 2. The fridges (theres 3 to 4 in the house), all full. I had to leave my groceries in the car. But i think its a Queenstown thing. 3. Closing the kitchen at 10pm. I think the no further cooking instructions were okie but to not be able to use the tables there to do your own thing, was quite grr.. forced to sleep early? Lol. Minor grouse.

Location is excellent. Bed was comfy, room was clean and there is heater in the room. Shower was spacious and staff friendly and helpful.

It was hard to use hair tools in the mirror as there was no close plug to the only mirror in the bathroom. The seam in the middle of the beds, I assume where the two single beds have been joined, was uncomfortable to lay on.
