We sincerely apologize for the issue you experienced with the stained sheets and towels. This is certainly not the standard we aim for, and we will be addressing this with our housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen again. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the temperature of the swimming pool. As per the Sri Lankas tropical climate, our pools are not heated as in European countries. We are also glad you found our location to be peaceful, even if it is a little outside the main town. Thank you for the suggestion regarding mosquito nets. Please note that we have fixed Mosquito Flaps for all the Villa and Room rooms and windows and we also plug in a Mosquito replant in house to be sure no mosquitos get in to the rooms with the condition that the guests keeps the doors closed all the time.  We will definitely look into adding them to enhance our guests and comfort. We're so glad to hear that our hotel served as a great first stop after your late-night flight and hope all the midnight airport pick-up arrangements we made were satisfactory. We sincerely apologize for the distressing experience your daughter had with the faulty bathroom lock. This is certainly not the standard we uphold, and we have taken the immediate steps to inspect and to replace the above lock to prevent this from happening again. The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priorities, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience and worry this caused. Thank you for bringing the breakfast pricing to our attention. Most of the fruits and vegetables we offer our guests are sourced fresh daily from our own home-grown organic garden. Our breakfast menu includes fresh fruit juice, a fresh fruit platter, typical Sri Lankan dishes, toast bread, butter & jam, yogurt, tea & coffee, all of which have been enjoyed by many guests. If you had requested fewer items, we would have been happy to offer a reduced fee. Your feedback is invaluable as we continuously strive to improve our services. Wooden planks are easy to walk on, even in hot sun, and are more environmentally friendly.
