Beautiful views Incredibly friendly staff

A little tired and dated, not quite like the photos but we didn’t mind

On arrival I was greeted by the staff who were super kind and helpful. The food was great, the room was amazing value for the money. The pool was clean and the staff couldn’t help enough.

This location is amazing Stuff is amazing Room is huge big I will definitely recommend it

Some maintenance could be done to the toilet but no major problems

Good property managed badly. It will last only a few moths unless they action immediately. Found big cockroaches. Bad housekeeping! No value for money

Location is excellent if you want to be near the sea, its a fair way away from food or shops. The staff did all they can to be helpful but overall it was dissapointing

tried to fob me off with a cheaper room, room wasnt very clean, half filled glasses in fridge from previous occupants, jacuzzi didnt work, Breakfast was below average, no real choices, not enough, unable to get much of the food on the menu as they were having a party, the party had food.

The staff was very helpful and kind aiming to make our stay as pleasant as possbile. I appreciate their effort to prepare some food to us and in organizing a Tok Tok to drive/tour me to downtown Negombo. I love to be joined by one of the staff members (using his regular clothes) in a short run in the sands of the Negombo beach and in be invited to come with him to the small gym in the hotel premises to do some resistance training. The sunset is simply spetacular

One of the most beautiful properties. The view and the spacious compound was amazing especially from our suite which was very spacious as well. Loved that we could walk down to the beach from the pool view with the lovely palm and frangipani garden. The staff were very nice and set up a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for us too. There are lots of little touches of beautiful spots that are created and I wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely place.

There are some little maintenance and upgrades here and there that’s needed. That’s about it.

It wasn’t what we expected… quite a strange atmosphere and rooms smelled of cigarettes. It’s a long way from restaurants. We were expecting something luxury for this price but this wasn’t. We actually left and booked somewhere for a quarter of the price elsewhere which turned out to be cosier and nicer somehow!

Wonderful people who did their best! We had dinner by the poolside and it was fantastic!!!

The pool is the main highlight. The showers have hot water (not guaranteed in Sri Lanka!).

The hotel is a bit run down. The pictures appear to be from when it was refurbished, and it could do with some renovating. Painting of the building, a refurbishment of the bar area, renovating of the baths in the rooms, and some improvements to the garden. There is a lot of potential for the outdoor area, but currently, it's underutilised. The pergola and outdoor bbq could be used and advertised for guests, currently it's not usable. There could be tables to use outside for groups of guests to use. Even simple things like new cushions for the sun beds, some were teared and sun-tired. The staff were very friendly but often hard to find when you wanted to order refreshments, a system for making this easy would be appreciated. Laundry was also expensive, considering the cost of the hotel is at the high end for the area. A friend staying at a different local hotel at half the price (albeit without a pool) definitely got better value for money than we did.

The pool, grounds and beach front were lovely. The staff were very friendly and organised dinner for us. They were very quick to help when necessary. One staff member even got up early to help us with our bags at 4am when we left for the airport. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and had a great spa bath. It overlooked the water.

Excellent location - virtually on the beach. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

All was good - limited options for dining elsewhere in the immediate area so relied on meals in the property.

This place is worth the price, and the staff is very friendly and supportive. They also have a few friendly puppies and rabbits.

The room was so big and beautiful, the view from the bedroom and bathroom was spectacular! Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, we felt very relaxed, safe and secure, and love, love, loved the pool!
