Location is great. Food was also delitious.

Electricity was not working for several hours. So no light, no fan, no ac was possible to be used. This happens often per owners.

The rooms are clean and it’s around 30 min ride from the airport, so it’s good when your flight lands late at night The owner waited for me to check in as I reached the place close to 11 pm He is friendly and introduced me to Sri Lankan food during breakfast This place is also near the beach

The check-in process was quick and friendly, and the staff made us feel truly valued as guests. Our room was The bed was exceptionally comfortable The housekeeping team did a fantastic job .The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries, fluffy towels, and even a bathrobe and slippers. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected. As for hospitality, every staff member we encountered — from reception to the restaurant team — was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. They happily gave us tips about local attractions and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a great variety of fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and excellent coffee. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely caring service so well. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

According to me, the property is highly recommended. The host Suraj is a particularly kind and hospitable person you could ever meet, always willing to answer any question and find a solution to any problem, for example, regarding the currency: he handled it quickly by accepting euro banknotes (not all hosts want that). Equally worth mentioning is the excellent and varied cuisine right in the hotel’s courtyard. And all that for such a reasonable price! I would love to visit again…

I had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, with a small balcony offering a lovely view of the surrounding nature. The location is perfect—right next to the main road, yet peaceful and quiet. The environment was relaxing, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Finally got a good hot shower after travelling to different parts of Sri Lanka.
