Electricity was not working for several hours. So no light, no fan, no ac was possible to be used. This happens often per owners.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and professional service at this hotel. The check-in process was quick and friendly, and the staff made us feel truly valued as guests. Our room was The bed was exceptionally comfortable The housekeeping team did a fantastic job .The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries, fluffy towels, and even a bathrobe and slippers. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected. As for hospitality, every staff member we encountered — from reception to the restaurant team — was consistently friendly, attentive, and eager to help. They happily gave us tips about local attractions and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a great variety of fresh fruit, pastries, hot dishes, and excellent coffee. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s rare to find a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and genuinely caring service so well. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

According to me, the property is highly recommended. The host Suraj is a particularly kind and hospitable person you could ever meet, always willing to answer any question and find a solution to any problem, for example, regarding the currency: he handled it quickly by accepting euro banknotes (not all hosts want that). Equally worth mentioning is the excellent and varied cuisine right in the hotel’s courtyard. And all that for such a reasonable price! I would love to visit again…

I had a wonderful stay! The room was beautiful, with a small balcony offering a lovely view of the surrounding nature. The location is perfect—right next to the main road, yet peaceful and quiet. The environment was relaxing, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Everything was perfect..breakfast was so so good and we also eat dinner in their restaurant and it was best dinner on our vacations on Srilanka! The mosquitos, but there are nets.

We had the large family room with two queensize beds: comfortable for two. The AC and hotwater worked well. The deluxe rooms are nicer decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Some nice beach bars and restaurants are close at the nice part of Negombo Beach. Airport is an 0,5 hour’s drive.
