The door lock didn't work properly (to open, not for locking thankfully), but it did look like they were sorting it out. The room could do with a fresh lick of paint as well.

Location on the beach was great, room and view were great, and the pool was perfect for the hot weather. They also offered to go out and get some takeaway food for us whilst we were by the pool which was a good touch. Overall, a great stay if you're ending or starting your trip in Sri Lanka.

The apartment was spotless... except for the walls. There were food splashes all over the kitchen, hand prints and dirt marks everywhere, and the mould was atrocious. The roof and the walls were covered in it. Even taking into account that it’s a tropical location, it was excessive and clearly hasn’t been addressed in a long time. I wouldn’t stay here if you have respiratory issues.

Absolute beach front, fantastic balcony, super comfy bed, rain shower, washing machine (but no clothes horse in the apartment, the staff may have had one but I just hung it on the furniture outside), located off the main street so it was really quiet, air con, really friendly staff, pool, basic gym, and a stones throw from some really good restaurants and bars. I had a wonderfully relaxing 3 nights here.

Sunday mass from church next door is on loud speaker and wakes up guests. I think apertures should have better blinds to block out all lights.

Good area near the beach and hotel standard is good. Modern decor. Good pool and can step out onto the beach. Good AC's. Close to Colombo airport.

2 plates and 2 mugs but no bowls so the kids had to have their porridge in a mug. A simple addition would make this better.

We arrived late and left early so didn’t get to explore but our 2 rooms were perfect for a night before an early flight. We managed to get some washing done which was an added bonus.

Excellent value for money. Great location in the heart of Negombo with many halal and other food options in very close proximity. Serene view of the sea from the windows. The swimming was the icing on the cake for kids! Strongly recommended for families with kids.

The constant noise from next door. The beach in front of the apartments was very dirty.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. If the roof top bar was functional I would stay here again.

It was a bit of a pain not having any food served onsite, particularly when we had monsoon rain the evening we stayed there! The onward taxi they quoted for us was less competitively priced than others.

Spacious, clean, quiet, reasonably priced apartment, good pool, right on beach. Professional staff on reception. A nice pit-stop after arriving at the airport before getting on the road.

Good size apartment with nice pool, we had five days here before we left Sri Lanka to unwind and it suited us well. There are restaurants around but it is pretty quiet

Property has seen better days and looks and feels tired needs a bit of TLC Staff were great but advertised images of the property were obviously taken some years ago , all the linen and towels supplied including pool towels were old & worn and definitely need replacing. Apartment has basic limited kitchen cups plates and utensils.

The floors were dirty but the rest of the apartment was fairly clean.

Great views of ocean and location was central to restaurants and businesses. Apartment was spacious and had a lot of amenities. We used the AC and washer/dryer.

The church next day. We arrived at 01:00 am on Sunday and the church bells started ringing at 05::30. Then loud speaks outside play the service. Not good for sleeping. Avoid sundays.

Be great to provide a foldable clothes line so can hang our washing outside to dry.

Great location. Beach and great restaurants just steps away. Pool is lovely and good size. Beds are so comfortable! Washing machine is available which was a great.

The Roof top Bar and restaurant was completely closed which we hadn’t been told about. Could do with sun lounger that you can lay on your front with.

I didn't like that beach wasn't clean and the apartment just ok. The apartment came off as a bit worn.
