I highly recommend this room for anyone visiting Negombo. The owners, Cindy and Randy, are incredibly kind and provided us with outstanding service throughout our stay. The room itself was excellent very clean, beautifully arranged, and included all the necessary amenities. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the sea view from the room was absolutely amazing. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool it was fantastic and perfect for relaxing. I truly appreciated the owners’ warm hospitality and helpfulness. I will definitely visit this place again. Thank you so much for everything, Cindy and Randy. Wishing you continued success and many more bookings for this wonderful place!

An excellent well appointed, spotlessly clean apartment on the 8th floor with amazing views of the beach, ocean and surrounding area. There is a great pool on the roof which is also a lovely place to watch the sunset.

Prefect end to our 5 week trip! We spent our last 3 night chilling out in this studio before our flight home. Had every thing we needed. We enjoyed using g the pool in the mornings.

Everything was perfect 😊 If I come again,I will choose the same apartment. Great location, modern apartment with nice view, clean and comfortable. Lovely hosts, who made a little surprise for our wedding anniversary 🤗 Thanks again 🙏

Weird and slow check-in process that circumvents reception staff. The rooms are nice, only the carpets need cleaning. There is a rooftop pool, but it is in mediocre condition. The elevator music has burned itself into my soul.

Good location if a little noisy due to the busy road. Room a good size, modern and comfortable. The roof top pool was a welcome feature.

The kitchen could have been better equipped ie there was only one big saucepan, no tea towels. Lack of sun-beds by the pool and lots of tiles missing in and around the pool.

A very clean room and bathroom with spotless bedding and towels. Great Wi-Fi and well located for the beach. The staff were friendly and there were plenty of eateries and small convenience stores close by. Communication with the owners who were always helpful, was excellent. They allowed me an early check in. This was a big plus. I was also lucky enough to visit during the feast of St. Sebastian. The festivities and fireworks were great.

A little disappointed there was no hot water in kitchen area. There was an old dirty sponge for washing dishes and no dish towels to dry. The one hob cooker was a little confusing as it only allows metal bottom pans and not the ceramic one provided. All in all this didn’t affect my stay much but it’s little things that make the difference between an 8 or a 10.

Modern and comfortable well furnished studio apartment. Centrally located and close to restaurants and shops. It is on the 8th floor and so quiet with great views to beach, sea and inland. Wi-Fi fast. The roof top pool was great. Hosts Randy and Cindy were very kind and helpful and quick to respond to any queries.

We were there for a week and so a retractable or fold out drying rail on the balcony would have been a bonus. As other people have commented the building management need to provide more sun loungers for the rooftop pool area in the high season. There are too few (6) for the size of the building especially as there are no opportunities to hire sun loungers on the beach outside other hotels.

Very clean and spacious, close to a beautiful beach and great restaurants. All facilities you would need. Gym, rooftop pool, would recommend. Close to airport.

Great location in Negombo, restaurants and shops on the same road. The room was spacious, clean. Lovely pool. Slight check in delay but the host was really helpful to make it right.

Appartments are very stylish and clear, wonderful side ocean view. Big Android TV, great and smart room lighting. Everything you need for comfortable stay and rest. 5 minutes to the ocean, pool on 12 floor, pool towels even were presented. Plates, glasses, toaster, fridge. You can cook on ivenverter cooker, but pan was not suited it.

The pool on the 12 floor has only 6(!!!) sunbeds which is ridiculous for such a big building. The pan provided in apartments didn’t work with inverter, the bar table didn’t unfold.

Amazing location and super clean and comfortable! Good AC and hot shower! Such a great stay at Randy's. We would happily recommend it to anyone when staying in Negombo! The rooftop pool and deck is some of the best views of all Negombo, a must to watch the sunset!! Easy to check in with Roshan, who was very kind and friendly!
