Nothing much to say as negative points.

The Room was ready one hour before our arrival and the manager called and informed us. The room was cool as we entered, implying that they had turned on the AC before our arrival. It was very comfortable after a long drive in a hot day in April 2025. Room was very clean. Bathroom was very clean. The garden was small but well maintained. We were provided two dry towels. blanket was very comfortable. It was just walking distance from the Arugambay beautiful beaches, so we parked our car in the hotel and walked to the beach. There was a high water tap in the garden which helped us to wash our sand when we came back from the beach. A kitchen was available with all the amenities, so we could cook a meal or make our own tea.

Location is excellent. Just a short walk to the beach and amidst all the lovely restaurants and pubs. Good value for money. The host Riswan was friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of interesting and historically valuable places to visit and also of where to find authentic local cuisine. Comfortable room with good AC.

Breakfast could be better, but after time we worked out with the "cook" what we like. Place apparently liked by "partying" people at the time we were there, so that was not ideal when one wakes at sunrise.

Full service attitude. Hotel manager helps with trips, transport and activities.

Dirty bathrooms, 1 broken toilet seat, 1 with smell of sewage (room 103). There is not much of the pearl left. People singing and partying all night till 4u30 in the morning. Staff is bored scrolling all day long on their phones. They should do better

Good laundry service. Airco was working.

This place is not for families ! We had small children that couldn't sleep because of the noise : it can come from inside the hotel (people partying hard) or the bathroom window which is opened to a restaurant sometimes partying up to 3AM. The hotel is soooo expensive for a low/average quality. For this kind of room in other parts of sri lanka we would have paid 15$. Staff is lazy, seems lost, no cleaning in 6 nights, not helpfull.

AC and hot water are ok. Close to expensive restaurants and nice beach.

When we stayed there, it was super noisy all night because of the other tourists (Israelis) and they showed of course no respect for other people who were trying to sleep. The owners were just dealing with it. When we entered the room we noticed that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. When we asked for it, they told us that we have to buy our own. I thought it was a joke, but it wasn't.

the rooms are big and it's close to the main street.
