Really good restaurant, really helpful and friendly staff for our first day in Sri Lanka who gave us good tips, close to the airport but not in Colombo, airport pick up was organised for us, we were able to check-in early.

The WiFi in our room was not great, and there was one bed that was really instable. We didn't need the bed fortunately, but if we were with more people it might have been a problem.

Really friendly owners who want to help you as much as possible. Manoj booked a lagoon boat tour (would recommend!) for us. They also have a nice restaurant, he explained all the delicious meals on the menu to us. The location is really great, close to a lot of nice restaurants, but it's not on the main street, so you are not bothered by the sounds. I would definitely recommend the Panorama!

We were at the The Panorama hotel with a group of friends. We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel owners and employees are very friendly and super helpful. The rooms were very comfortable. The food was also amazing. This hotel has a great quality for the price they ask.

One of the main reasons I had selected this property was because the room had a balcony. The room I was given was on the ground floor, which didn't have a balcony but had a patio area, which was fine. However, the door to this area was not able to be opened. It wasn't a deal breaker, but it was disappointing.

The host was welcoming and helpful. The location was good as this was the end of my trip and it is close to the airport. It is also a quiet location. The breakfast was good, although the variety is limited. I enjoyed the swimming pool area. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The owner of the hotel is super kind and helpful. It’s a great place to start or end your vacation in Sri Lanka. An extra night would have been nice so we could have explored Negombo even more. The food was also very tasty!

The pool area and sunloungers were scruffy and not inviting. We went to a different hotel pool for the day. The room had marks on the walls, and looked a bit unfinished (wires dangling out of walls, etc) as did the whole hotel. Just needs a bit of maintenance on the whole place, then it would be lovely!

The room was spacious, we had the top floor of the separate block, which had a view over the garden and trees. Location was good, 10 mins from beach, and great restaurants (ceylon kitchen and prego) round the corner. Breakfast was good.

Manoj was a great host and made us feel very welcome. He was very flexible with our late arrival and very helpful with advice. The breakfast was good as were the facilities. Dinner was outstanding and reasonably priced. The location was good and close to everything. Despite this it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large. We really enjoyed our stay.

Generally, the pool area is a bit tired and could do with some maintenance. I found the sun loungers uncomfortable to lie on. A basic breakfast is included, which was OK but very slow arriving. I left for the airport at 7:45am and although it said breakfast was from 7-9am, there was no sign of it.

The owner, Manoj is very helpful and friendly. Great location, close to beach and restaurants but very calm and peaceful. Nice to have a pool. The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice big towels, (and also pool towels) and a decent hot shower - not a given in Sri Lanka! Also great to be able to pay by card.
